Betfair your changes seem too have slown up operation of my (cheap computer/ laptop) I like Classic forum which used to have quick access was fun and very usable, now i have to first get there? then many times change too classic forum, and also must mention the poor reliability of video service, and too many pop up get on your pip adverts(offers - paul nicholls etc) I think you need to take a few steps backward. Good luck.

Just to prove how much attention betfair are paying to this thread -
they know that whichever forum folk were on when the site changed is the one they are stuck on with no on screen options to change it and yet they come up with a competition where the winner will be notified by a PM on the new(est) forum. if you are on the classic forum with no option to change it then you could not be notified if you were a winner so betfair could keep the prize if it wasn't claimed. (yes I now know how to get back on to other forums but only because of posts on here from other users and not because betfair were interested enough to read about the problems caused to their customers by the changes) I haven't been here as long as some, but I have already seen lots of changes made to the site and I just keep hoping that one of the changes will eventually be for the better. |
