I must admit I have got used to the Beta forum ( not COMMUNITY,which is so right-on to be laughable ) The Beta betting is awful. I occasionally bet on on football and a few other sports where they appear to have got Beta as the default setting and won't let you opt out permanently. Horse racing is still in classic as a default. If that goes to Beta I shall,as they say,consider my position. But this thtread,which they refuse to respond to was originally about the Forum tab being replaced by Super Slots.

well I complained earlier about only being able to get the classic forum and not being able to switch between forums, so at least we know they are listening as they have now got rid of the classic forum and now I can only get this "new" rubbish.
at least today I found that important message that BCM2 sent me 2 weeks ago, that had to be acted on immediately. a case of NOT better late than never. |

The PM function is quite useful Outpost,though as a fellow-Luddite I stuck with classic for a long time. I just wish we could get some sort of answer from whoever was responsible for this decision in the first place. If you think about it it is unlikely to be BCM 2 who is by definition likely to be keen to see the forum flourish. I fear it will gradually wither as newbies are less likely to find it.

I had yet another Betfair 'Customer Survey' e-mail on the 7th of June.
I've never even looked at the Qs yet (after reading about other people's experiences of the load of manure it's about). I just delete the pap. If Betfair had any respect for its customers it would reply to people on Site Feedback - or this thread - or the numerous threads where BF customers talk about what's happening with their shocking experiences regarding using Betfair, whether on the betting platform or the forum. Betfair studiously ignore these threads. Betfair, you are a disgrace. |
