That is of course always possible. But why ask for feedback if you intend to ignore it completely. I would have thought from a PR viewpoint some sort of comment makes more sense than the present deafening silence. they perhaps didnt expect the transition to have become such an anti establishment free for all. They cut the rope from keeping the thread at the top hoping it would drift away, but like an unflushable bobbing turd it keeps returning....I suspect they are waiting for a reason to delete it for good.  |

But I`ll get it from Page 10 until they reply. Let`s sum -up Betfair. Your Forum users,most of whom I imagine are regular users of the exchange,want to be able to access the forum easily,and frankly have no interest in Super Slots or any of your other attempts to copy traditionasl bookies. You asked for feedback and it is impolite to say the least not to respond. |

I couldn't even get on to Betfair for about 2 hours tonight, other than via an immense blue screen which took an age to load and looked far from secure to type your log in details into.
I've seen Betfair customers complain about it before, but's it had never happened to me before for more than a minute or two. Not conducive to your clients having a bet, is it Betfair? I've never seen one reply from Betfair about how to overcome it, nor why it happens, although there has been numerous comments about it from their clients. The forums are nigh on dead since the Super Slits debacle - yet Betfair don't give a fig. More fool them. |

To be honest I should think BCM2 has been instructed to put this thread up and probably has not go a lot to do with any of these appalling decisions. Not easy to comment on a thread your bosses put up when you most likely disagree with the decision.
Well Betfair decision makers , we would like a reply to the concerted disapproval of putting our forum on a pop up screen ahead of super slots , the users of which do not post on forums because their brains are so addled with the addiction of gambling.
