Hard to find anything of any value today - so going to have to resort to what is basically a place only bet.

Hi mate - think 9/2 slightly bigger than it should be - hoping for 5's but i doubt if they will go that - the way things have been going maybe if i put it up they will.

Tuesday - Good Luck Charm went off with a BSP of 11.00 was matched at 2.34 to win it but couldn't even manage the place. - 6.00 points on the day Wednesday - Ridgeway Hawk unpl 33/1 went off at 16/1 - Mark Usher did report after i had put it up that it would need the run which it probably did. Dasho 6th 9/2 was matched at 2.50 - had everything go right for it - might be it cant win off a mark this high. By Invitation 2nd 5/1 was matched at 1.36 - got caught close home. -10.00 points on the day Thursday - a winner at last and it took Fallon to make the difference - Andiamo Via 1st 10/1. Wandering Lad unpl 12/1 - ran no sort of a race. Nha Trang was 6th at 16/1 - would have settled for a place which would have given another 15 points profit on the day. Might not be the best time of year but it looks like i will be having a maximum bet tomorrow - in my opinion twice the price it should be - once again it doesn't mean it's going to win just that i think it's obviously quite a bit overpriced.

Think the betfair market told the story before the race - draw was a worry and i was hoping it would try and lay up with the pace as it did two runs ago - think the first four from the start filled the first four places and Little Arrows finished 5th - look at it next time if it's dropped a couple of pounds and they stick an apprentice on board.

Round up for December - poor month - hit a peak a couple of time of around 30 points profit but ultimately -24.45 points for the month.
No trouble with understaking this month just a severe lack of winners. Time permitting will continue for January - might be looking more towards the lower end of the markets this month but really just depends what comes up.
