Sorry to post this here. Is there still a thread where we can ask Betfair to add horses to AP markets? If so, please could someone directme to it? Thank you.

Afternoon Strontium .... That thread disappeared long while back.
Last I heard it was Twitter etc to get horses added,"very frustrating" according to some before you. Let us know how you get on. |

Thank you Nocturnal, it was a useful thread. I don't use twitter, so I guess I'll just have to be patient.

The Russell team going for Aintree with Mighty.
A shadow of himself so far,he looked a really progressive stayer last spring,I thought they might go for the repeat at Ayr,not to be. Sandy quite rightly blasting the handicapper re Hill Sixteen,he makes such a valid point, trainers will not send their horses if given ridiculous marks. Three tough looking Nationals, plenty have dual entries, all will take some sorting. |
|
By:
Farcical what has happened with Hill Sixteen; as they aimed him at the Big race; a really good 2nd in one of the major trials for the race was not enough to get him a high enough mark. There will be 20 above him from Ireland that will run, the majority without a hope.
after weights anounced he runs another really good race and finishes 2nd at Kelso and he gets rammed up to 147 which ironically would see him get a run, and he gets this mark despite those above him in the Kelso race flopping: Farcical. |

SGN a tough race, but a really good one. Hard to rule runners out with confidence, there's at least a dozen I can see winning it.

Both taking the Cuprinol stance .... Understandable, hard to get a handle on some of these.
Ground could be the key, another course that can dry out "overnight". I wonder which Clan Fahy is connected to,both of his seem to have evaded the usual travel tax,can either set the tone for the coming weeks, strange decision from our handicapper based on his Festival ratings. Either the horses are getting bigger,or the fences have been altered dramatically.Watching back previous runnings, they looked more like hurdles yesterday.I,m wary of these changes over time,a big part of the test must still be the jumping,be watching that closely later. £85,000 to the winner, having been really impressed with the local trainers in 2021,this years defence looks pretty tame in terms of numbers, despite holding the weight card, why is that? Been doing a little work this season on race time comparisons, over a few seasons, for certain races that are run every season at the same time, give or take.I will be interested to see how competitive last years runners are,my pennyworth suggests that was a much slower renewal than average,we will see. National does look a cracker, just hope they all return safely,be lucky. |
