Your going really well this season,great to see. Like everyone else,scrabbling around in the form book when it became clear just how quickly the ground had changed,this is not new,been happening for years,the drainage needs sorting. Even now they are saying the last 2 races were run on heavy,more tosh,the grand annual and bumper were both 21 secs above standard,I,m no expert but that suggests soft ground to me,no worse. The gentle art of deflection .... Trying to say constitution hill was a superstar breaking the course record,ignoring the fact the 3m plodders were also running below standard on Tuesday,on watered ground. I wonder what trainers are saying privately,they have to step up,how many NR will we see? From a punting point of view,it is infuriating,get the course sorted... leave the rest to nature. |
