I did hear PCH say if he got his way it would be to his favourite race the Dante, any word if the Guineas is a potential target or are you hoping?
By:
The quotes I saw post race were that they would aim him for A guineas without a prep. This was from the RP. Where did you see mention of the Dante?
By:
I think it was maybe on Channel 4 directly after the race.
Did Authorized run in a Guineas? His last big price winner of the race. |
By:
Authorized Dante and then Epsom.
By:
*I now see Authorized won the RP at Newbury, and then went straight to the Dante.

Has there been any further update on Emotionless post the operation? How is he progressing?
By:
Looks at the mercy of Air Force Blue imo. I hope so, on at 14s with PP

I took 25s on Emotionless after his final run, believing that he could come back post-injury with a massive chance, maybe Craven to blow away cobwebs, then the 2000 Guineas. Here's hoping that he comes back as the force he was promising to be last autumn.

I hope your 'friend' is correct: I hate to see the 2000G race being a walkover for the Coolmore 'boys'. It was a real shame Emotionless got injured in its last race. |
By:
well its what JD said thats a fact.
By:
things can happen uptill and during the day of the race but on its last bit of work its come out of the op perfectly
By:
Good to hear it rboyd. Am a big fan of the colt
By:
RBoyd86,
Good to know the operation turned out perfect and Emotionless is not confined to his box but actually 'working'; it would be good if connections give an update on its well being. |

So am i was a huge talking horse before its debut was on for a very gd bet on debut, you could see no matter what was behind him that day how special he was! I was very worried as they've had a could of really gd 2 yos that then weren't seen again at 3 or very late (poets voice) or just seemed to lose there way SAAMID who's nickname was pegasus, also had horses come bak at 4 and been champions LIBRETTIST! so i was very dubious reg seeing him this year but its very positive. Fingers crossed
By:
Don't get me wrong I've got a huge bet on each way emotionless for the 2000G however was placed previous to him getting injured at 8/1 so I would seriously love to see the horse run or at very least read some news on his well being in the press.
However, I have absolutely no knowledge of how far back a yard will start to work their horses to get them fit for coming season but January?? Really as early as January? |
By:
he isnt't in hard training. I was just trying to help people out. Believe it do what you want with it, i put up the thread from last year to prove i aint a talker. I dont claim to no the ins and out reg when he'll be in hard training but one thing you can take to the bank within last 2 weeks he did a bit of work that james doyle described as breath taking, this isn't form my fathers, sisters girlfriends brothers cousins auntie, its legit. He could break down tomorrow, however at the moment for people worried about how the op has effected him and wether he's likely to make the guineas etc this would be gd news.
By:
There is no way any Gns horse is doing any fast work at this time of year.
Prob a bookmakers bit of spin. |
By:
lol like i said believe what you like i give up. I know one thing for sure my friend isn't a bookmaker lol and nor is james doyle
By:
As long as the horse is ok after the knee op that's what matters most - a bonus if he's being prep for the 2000G. As they say, no news is good news!
By:
& emotionless has done its best ever bit of work after its op!! & that they fancy it against Air Force blue
Apparently in his words "breathtaking" bit of work |
By:
Hope the stories are correct as have backed the horse for the 2000 G myself. However for James Doyle to have said that concerns me... Isn't he in Meydan riding? Or did he come back to ride a slow bit of work?
By:
just asked my friend and your right doyle was in dubai it was buick who did the work
By:
all the go dolphin team are starting to back it except it to shorten
By:
Isn't Buick there too?
By:
thats what I've just been told. I said i was within last weeks as he didn't ask the exact date. Thats the info that have, was just trying to share a bit like i said i put up my last years info on the old thread to prove i aint a talker. Just dont be suprised if he starts shortening soon. Thats all from me good luck
By:
Yeah, nice "story" lol.
By:
you serious? Total priick. Check out the thread i put up from last year. its all legit. No wonder these forums are dead nowadays with people like you on here.
By:
try and share a bit of info and get treated like that.
By:
just because uve probably never had a gd bit of info in your life dont mean others dont.
By:
RBoy86
Not knocking you, its good of you to put the info up, it's upto everyone else to decide what they do with it!!!! |

Keep it coming..., if you could ask connection to issue a statement on its well-being plz. |
