Some of the ground it made up at Perry Barr against good dogs was something else.. if the derby were at any other track i would be having a decent bet on it.

Despite the books saying what they want, turnover on the derby has to be through the floor since gone to Towcester. Every proper dog punter i know doesnt bet there. Such a shame how the showcase event is now no longer that...

Same her case and said so earlier. They, John Mullins, and one or two others have all put so much into the game they deserve a big one. Sadly there is no sentiment when it comes to Derbys. Get the wrong draw in the final and it is curtains so luck always needed. And what about the guy three or four years ago whose dog figured in a two to go through from five heat. The first three home all broke the previous track record and his went out in third.
