At first thought Ballydoyle Honey got lucky at the first bend after not breaking that well and not showing much up, but charged from halfway and 29.76 pretty good under the circumstances. Just a nagging doubt wont find it easy lying handy against Derby type dogs
Top bombing with Riverside Pat, Wales! ![]() Laughil Duke got matters his own way and can cover 550yds in double-quick time when doing so Some to note, Secreto did well to come from a very long way behind back straight to finish third, Blue Cafu showed pace, in stark contrast to Paradise Maverik, who showed little and Fair Taxes showed determination to go on from the third bend NB Amazing Dude doesnt want the red jacket Well anyway, 5 out of 5 through antepost. All my 11 still standing! ![]() |

Yes, it is but starting to get my teeth into it a bit now with 40/1 Gyp Rosetti and 100/1 Blue Cafu (each-way) extras. Looking to back another also in the eighth heat of death but not on yet. Would be needing a 1-2-3 with Honey

PF i backed Gyp Rosetti at 200/1e/way with 365 after his 29.50 run the week before the derby, have to say i would have like to see him in an easer heat then this, he will need a bit of luck at the 1st bend,.. Woody i thought Blue Cafu ran very well on saterday night,he is 100/1 with Boyles at the min with money back as a free bet if he goes out in the 1st 3 rds, i might put a 10e/way with them.

By:
I have been taking the 100s Blue Cafu today, was really impressed with him Saturday even allowing for Ardrahan Zindi ran a bit poor after her huge run the week before.
I don't think GYP Rosetti needs any luck, yes it's a tough heat but I really like his draw with what's next door in 4 |
|
By:
Think if Gyp zips up like last time, shouldnt be a problem. The other was just a few quid Rural Hawaii. Done well for me before, may screw out wide even from stripes again but lotsa speed. Honey plotted and hopeful all 3 progress

I think that tiny bitch in two
Can nick a spot !! She run like she could run at any speed !!! |

What did you make of dude ? Did wait a little or was just plan ****? |

Saturday night can't recall
1st rd with so many 29.70 odd runs Pretty good stuff Fair few good runs happy Antepost with two |
|
By:
He ran pretty much as I expected bar hitting the wall a little sooner than I expected, has there being something strong behind him he would have been in trouble, he tied up from between the 3rd and 4th bend

reasons for the Tommy and Cafu bet:
Heat 9 - i am loving Tyrur Tommy's draw in 1 and think he can lead around, he didn't run all the badly last weekend although all of PJs others ran like hairy goats, he was drawn far enough out and didn't come away and was well adrift heading into the back, he showed his usual pace down the back and actually impressed me with how well he stayed on up the straight to be only beaten 4.5L, once trapping level i think he has the beating of Barefoot Artist and Laughil Duke to the corner, i actually worry Laughil Duke won't be able to clear Barefoot Artist and will also have Droopys Bomber moving left at boxes who was well away in round 1, once Tommy does go into the back in front and is not followed by Laughil Duke i think the race is over. Jaytee Jet despite seemingly needing the run did not impress me one bit in round 1, i will go as far as saying i thought his performance was one of the most disappointing and even allowing for great draw i think 7/2 is shockingly short, Cable Bay just doesn't have enough up for me to turn in a good enough pitch, realy think Tyrur Tommy is massively overpriced @ 9/2 Heat 11 - i thought the world spotted Blue Cafu's huge run Saturday night (even Woody seemingly spotted it) yet he is still priced up 9/2 with this draw?? After getting badly crowded at boxes in round 1 he absolutely took off 2 to 3 making Paradise Maverik look like a camel (not sure how hard that is these days) and went by Ardrahan Zindi like she was standing still (think she will run a lot better this week). Blue Cafu really impressed me with how well he actually stayed on considering he didn't lead. This week Slippery Fred i far enough out in 4, he will still take a lot of beating but will be moving rails and will have a job leading Blue Cafu if he comes away, Ballybough Mike has a great draw and is fairly priced as with Highview Apollo going rails inside him has a leaders chance with a ping, Highview Apollo is somehow a shorter price than Blue Cafu?? Just wow!!! |
|
By:
Thanks PF, IT will be interesting to see what prices they will be when the rest of the shops put up there shows.

Well them price didn't last long Premier...........
