The horse may have been 9/1 but Pro-punta has said before "you can always leave a back up at say double the price to ensure you don't get caught". Any 'follower' had lots of opportunites to cover their stake.

Well a nasty loss with Well Mick winning his race - but the damage was not as bad as it could have been due to the implimentation of the price bands a few weeks ago to include 0.3% and 0.2%.

Laying Well Mick within the new price bands today actually made the difference between a winning and a losing day. I know you can argue that you lose out by cutting the stakes when the selections loses, but it makes laying top end prices much easier and doesn't hurt quite as much when the inevitable happens :-)

Yeah well for a few months my cut off price was 11.0 (BF) staking 0.4% of bank but over last few weeks have tried 0.3% and 0.2% which as you have seen makes a big difference when one goes in :-)

Not a bad day yesterday (Although Top Bid nearly spoiled the party!) - a decent enough profit was made :-) But still dont like so few selections.

Bank is now creeping back up to the high point and if it was for that avoidable £2k loss we would almost be back up in to the £16ks.

Not going to hold my breath though as we all know what happens after a particularly decent run of results :-)
