"Worst idea ever implemented in football" in relation to football's calendar and restricted time for players development, according to Klopp.

I fully concur. Its at the wrong time, and the wrong place!

This is what makes making money on football betting so easy.

Wait for a complete mismatch, in a game that actually means something, then throw your wallet at it.

why the play-acting by Khavaratskalia? No need for it.

Highlighting fowl play, as ref is being over lenient with cards...

Ironic that Messi and Busquets are on the pitch and notwithstanding the class divide this PSG side are the closest I've seen to the greatest club side of all time that those two players were both part of. Tiki Taka that works is the finest football to watch.

yes, true enough, but VAR wasn't interested, so can't have been much in it. Grin

Var may not have seen it, and standing on foot unlikely to be a red, unless stamped,
which I think would have been evident...

Go down, break up game, take a rest from
hi energy press.. Get up, go again.

It's incredible to me that players are still willing to make themselves look like total ****s with the play acting when they know that the cameras are guaranteed to expose it.

They don't care, neither do goalies
feigning leg injuries to get a time out.

Okay, you're right and I'm wrong. Laugh I just think it's unnecessary against such a weak opponent. Save it for games against opponents who can use underhand tactics to actually affect the result

Personally, I'd like to see more cards for the play acting. So that players doing it in one-sided games find themnselves banned for bigger games later on when their presence might be missed.

I'd like to see refs ignore the play acting,
get on with game, same with goalies feigning injury.
or bring on trainer and take them off
pitch.

I'd also have preferred ref to discipline
Miami players for rough housing them.

Players could get put out of tournament
by cynical fouls.

If a player play-acts then he should be made to wear a pink tutu for the rest of the game

This is the stage where the big European teams will start to look like they mean business, and will probably try to outdo one another, make statements etc.. This is already easy for Bayern and Man City's price will probably get hammered before their game. Even Inter and Dortmund will probably win comfortably enough.
