Well done lump on but without a ROI % and a total bank figure so folks can work out what sort of risk you are taking on its worthless tbh. If it's just about selections, then post them up b4 but a I wonned this or that after the event is OK for a part timer but a potential pro needs to offer much more. Because you sayed a figure of winnings I doubt you will post the percentages, but that would help everyone including you if you did. Al you have done is aftertimed imvho, good luck and hope you keep wining but only person that knows about possible full time potential is you, noone could comment without more info. Besides its your apptitude for dealing with the losses, resistance to chasing ect that marks the wheat from the chaff. As yer man said, we need the bets posted before the event. It looks like you are laying teams at high odds and risking a large percentage of your bank. That usually goes well...until it doesn't. |

Liverpool.. hurt plus the fact I had them doubled up with Fulham was quite painful.. Honestly didnt fancy Arsenal but ended up having a stupid chasing bet on them (less painful because it's Arsenal
) I absolutely convinced myself Mullins would win National for some reason left the favorite out.. (actually thought I'd won) In process of losing my mind at the time... Gave out 3 tips for the Masters.. Scheffler, Dechambeau and Fleetwood.. Some how managed to lose money on the market.. Just need to steady the boat.. Been there before and I'm sure most have too.. |

we've all been there. except lump0n, he's the forum winner

@ 8:34 pm (time of your post) Everton are 3-0 down...
After timing isn't really acceptable lump0n..Cut and paste some figures like what you did earlier... |

Are you using code for “I don’t believe you” even after when question before I proved I was giving proper information?
By:
Think people want your bets before time so they can follow you in and make £££££££s. Bets posted after time are as much use as t1ts on a nun.
By:
I’m not wanting the pressure of posting tips. I’m happy to talk about results and Profit/loss

I have encountered many bull****rs in my time and I wouldnt use code if I thought you was one of them.
As stated above I respect what you have achieved, god knows I've tried.. You started this thread with pasted accounts and screen shots, let's have some more. |

Yes, could be luck….. so still in full time work
By:
even if it's not luck that you're ahead and you're good at it, you could get a run of bad luck, so your bank compared to stake size needs to be enough to weather that storm. if that profit is from quite a small sample size of bets, it could be even more vulnerable to variance.
as has been said before, a lot of football is evening and weekend anyway, so no real need to give up a weekday daytime job until you're sure you want to just do this. |

Sound advice theroe, be a shame to see it go tits up due to being too aggressive. If you really want to find out how good you are Id reign it in a bit, give yourself a good crack at it, otherwise you might never know. In the meantime, keep us updated !

I have taken 7k out so I will walk away with at least a small profit
By:
Youll be disappointed with a small profit. Halve your bets, you'll last longer.

You've also got to make an allowance for being restricted, if you have a bad run and you're flagged, it will be no good trying to point out the big picture, all that could inhibit you.
By:
Why would I be restricted?
By:
Long term in profit won't necessarily be taken into consideration if you hit a sticky patch.
By:
What are you referring to?
By:
You're on about going full time aren't you? If you are you need to be wary of being restricted as no-one is immmune, which in turn might prevent you from operating as you'd want.

Those 12 month figures are impressive, what is the lifetime figure, I haven't looked through the entire thread so apologies if I've missed it.
By:
I only started lay betting 14 month ago
By:
So do you guys bet or lay on here?
By:
in regards to duffy's point if I've understood his meaning correctly..
yep, you need to be a bit wary of how BF deal with re-financing your account even if in decent profit (lifetime) .. been examples of long term winners (including long time PC payers) struggling to deposit in sums large enough to bring their account back to required level on the back of losing runs due to the new requirements for account funding... one can speculate on their reasons for this of course. |
By:
So keep a healthy balance in account?
By:
It's advisable to keep a decent surplus imo...
By:
Thanks for the advice
