Will be interesting to see what happens to their relatioship now hes been dropped by Man Utd. if he doesnt find another club willing to take him, and he stops being her 'cash cow', whether she will still see him in the same light?

Nobody coming out if this well.

I think it is also difficult for his team mates who mostly shunned him immediately without knowing the gills facts

He does probably have to go but a big mea culpa. I’s sorry some time ago may have helped and he should have alluded to that us the way they play it in their bedroom. Trouble is she went to the police and could be charged with blackmail, extortion or wasting police time!

Send them both to Saudi!

Absolutely Wes, so you are happy with Mendy's innocence now that he's been cleared in court, yes?

Yes Wes

Mandy was ashley found Not Guilty in Court!

Say it loud Wes

Mendy is INNOCENT

Of course.
I've no idea why suggest I wouldn't be.
You're comparing apples with oranges here.

Mendy - accused of multiple rapes with gold digging wannabees looking for a WAG lifestyle; using he said/she said allegations.
Greenwood - in a long term allegedly abusive/coercive relationship given credence by revelations on social media.

Chalk & cheese.
By:

Presumably O.J was innocent too ad presumably all the anti Greenwood brigade would all be changing their view if he was found not guilty in court, unfortunately for Greenwood though, his case didn't even reach the threshold to warrant a day in court, as a result of which he can be assumed guilty without any redress legally.

It's a strange world we currently inhabit.

A lot of people struggling with the concept of the presumption of innocence.

grenwood and utd are free to put the evidence in public domain, that they say would clear him and presumably leave him free to stay at utd, the same rules will apply to him going to any club in the uk,if him and his partner go to saudi they,d be a laughing stock so would utd, especialy if qatari,s buy utd
By:

The OJ case is a bit different in that you had TWO dead bodies in the mix so something definitely happened. Not a simple he said/she said scenario.

With Greenwood, evidence of abusive/coercive relationships is difficult to prove but when compelling evidence is put into the public domain, then the public quite can rightly form an opinion.

The fact that the case wasn't pursued is irrelevant - most cases of this kind aren't because victims usually doesn't see themselves as victims.

Bottom line, MG has only got himself to blame.
If his missus set him up, then find a new missus.

Very hard to prove you are not guilty.

Just talking about crime makes folk think you done it.

Look at this thread, folk seen same evidence and making
stuff fit, but totally differing scenarios.

There is clearly a bit of fire... We have not seen it..
And a lot of smoke, that we have seen.

You should've been part of Greenwood's & ManU's PR team?

Why didn't they do the media rounds, including him & his bird, saying everything was a load of bollocks?

The truth of the matter and it points to the current world we live in is EVEN IF he went to court and was found not guilty the very same circus would be following him around afterwards, the Rachael Riley's of this world would still be shouting the same stuff. Only perhaps the most stringent idealists with regards to having your day in court among those who are currently against him would change that view.

getting married allegedly
having a family allegedly,
club righting off a large asset
player ripping up a large contract
you,d have to either have the iq of a rocking horse or telling porkie pies not to go public with everything you have to clear your name, nothings gone/going away same ?,s will be asked by and at any new club

He would need to prove the audio which suggested abuse & coercion plus the photos were faked.

Wouldn't you do that if it meant saving your career & reputation? If not in court but to the world at large?

But Riley is not shouting about Antony

And makes no apology for her love of giggs.

That's why it's wrong, she's just jumped on this
media wave to boost her self promotion.

Should it ever get out that she's fed answers

They won't sack him as they'd be in breach of employment law I'd imagine -

pretty sure they won't be looking for a fee either.

Have you considered that by doing so it would mean exposing the girl and letting the wold see her in a disturbing light and it could be this, his protection of her that we may be seeing played out here.

It would be a highly noble act on his part wouldn't it.

Incidentally I wouldn't use the word fake as such, my whole issue of the excerpts are they are just that, we don't know what went before or after or the context, we've just dropped in and heard a partial part of the story.

sounds plausible but who's going to risk the fee..one thing taking him on loan or a short term contract from a free ..

no one in the EPL I'd guess..he's still got 2 years left on his contract @ 75k a week I think was quoted so in Utd's interest to move on and obviously have no leverage for fee...

fee+75 grand a week for a player utd wont play, utd cant even get rid of maquire ,how they going to help greenwood get a club, more chance of fergie selling dalglish a virus

you'd imagine Mason is quite keen to play...Harry seems to have decided he quite likes the padded seats these days...

if they can't facilitate a move would most likely just make a financial settlement with him and then he and his agent would have to do all the work...can see him him playing professionally again in less sensitive parts of the world...not as though he has a criminal record to my knowledge...

Not really. The police uncovered 'new material' which caused all charges to be dropped, and United referenced info that was not known to the public, that shows he did not do what he was charged with. That info will be the new material.
