Sorry Sonts. i would love Forest to win, against any team in the Championship other than my mates Town.

No worries, push
![]() Been even stevens really, Huddersfield with that bit of quality there |
|
By:
1-0 FT
Got a feeling Lamouchi will be given his marching orders, our form for the past 23 or something games is bottom of the table now |
|
By:
Not quite 4-0 to the lions.................. But the curse of the post experts slagging off teams strikes again. When will the posts so called 'experts' ever learn their lesson? They are the best motivators in the football league to inspire poor teams to excel themselves.
|
|
By:
Probably should have been 2-0 they mucked up a 4 on 1 late on
![]() Our form since the Derby game last season has been very poor, a 97th minute jammy goal in a Derby can have lasting effects it seems ![]() We'll take time to gel and will probably be doing it under a new manager/head coach |

Reality check.....1 - 0 in no way indicative of Watford's superiority

Gone for a Derby Blackburn BTTS and draw
Currently 3/10 |

Derby 3 down in 14 minutes
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My god when does the trigger get pulled on Cocu? |
|
By:
Derby bizarre game dominated for 9 mins then the rams had 1 cleared off the line. From that Blackburn brokeaway and scored from each of there first 3 attacks. Then could of been 5 or 6 without the Derby keeper. The last 5 mins of the half was all the rams with possibly 2 penaltys not given.

By:
Just heard he's subbed of your only striker for a defensive mid? He's waiting for the sack, kings sorry
I'd stick him on gardening leave and get someone in who a little better, like Mr Blobby or someone |
|
By:
Watched Derby a couple of times this season and they don't look they've been coached at all, some good talent there as well they just need someone to come in and coach them because Cocu and his "coaches" aren't doing it
|
|
By:
0-4 mmm bad choice of BTTS to be honest, Derby under this prat are beyond useless
Morris has sacked managers that had the club sitting 8th and 5th, but wont pull the trigger on someone who has them technically bottom of the league getting humped week in week out |
|
By:
Who else thinks Cocu is in his last job in football? Fenerbahce and now Derby
Good luck with hiring this idiot and his staff to whoever does |
|
By:
Yeah took only striker off at half time who to be fair was a doubt due to injury but have got Wisdom playing left cb when hes a right back or centre half then his partner whos 2 footed is playing right cb. Now hes just brought a wide man on and put him centre forward when hes got a striker who did well when he came on last week left on the bench. Rooney has been anonymous again. To many round pegs and square holes at the moment.

0-4 FT
We're both s*** at the minute, kings but can't help but feel with more forward thinking managers we'd start climbing the league, we've both got defensive managers that are stifling our more creative players 3/10 now |
|
By:
Eddie Howe to Forest Paul Cook to Derby and we'd both massively improve and that's a fact
Esp Howe with us |
|
By:
Getting thumped and totally outplayed by a Tony Mowbray led side (At HOME) is never a good sign
|
|
By:
Yeah looking like changes are needed at the top, we travel to Norwich next week today could of been 7 or 8 so next week will looks like being a cricket score.
|
|
By:
Yeah agree Howe is probably the 1 I'd want of the realistic possibilities but think Cocu will get Christmas at least due to the plan when he took over of bringing more and more youngsters through. Think the plan is 6 academy players every week by next season,
|
|
By:
It does take a bit of time to gel a team together but a good coach gets something out of his team whatever the squad
Derby on paper have a top 6 championship squad, esp with Jozwiak, Ibe and Byrne having signed, but they ain't going to be able to play Cocus version of slug football |
|
By:
When you look at ours and yours attacking options
Derby have Waghorn (yeah he's nothing special but good champ bulldozer), Jozwiak, Lawrence, Ibe, Sibley, Rooney etc Forest have Grabban, Arter, Freeman, Lolley, Taylor etc Good coaches can that lot playing and scoring goals, look at some of the dross Wilder got playing above themselves, McGoldrick ffs a journey man if there ever was one Its pathetic Cocu and Lamouchi stuggle to get a tune out of those players above and Wilder can turn McGoldrick into a premier league striker ![]() |
|
By:
Yeah were missing experience through injuries Lawrence and Waghorn havent played yet this season. Ibe isnt fit yet and Sibley burst on the scene but sides have just man marked him since. Rooney hasnt done anything yet this seadon today he was just a passenger. Jozwiak had a superb debut last week but wasn't in the game today for some reason he put him up front in the second half. Cocu said Marriott wasnt injured but subbed him at half time leaving us without a striker on the pitch. Ive pretty much understood the long term plan and accepted mid table for the next couple of years but todays tactically inept decisions have me like most asking questions.
As for Forest Grabban is arguably the most dangerous goal scorer in the division you've just got to get rid of the penalty taker clause in his contract. Arter could be a excellent addition for you. |

Very early thoughts on teams that are worth looking at for this weekend.
Norwich Blackburn Luton Brentford |
|
By:
Norwich for sure, Derby can't defend
![]() Norwich should have a field day against that back 4 |

By:
Top 6 after game 3
1 Bristol City 2 Reading 3 Swansea ![]() 4 Bournemouth 5 Watford 6 Blackburn |
|
By:
My interest was peaked in Blackburn when I noticed Armstrong and Johnson have hit eight goals between them already this season.
|
|
By:
Blackburn are dangerous this season bigmo, plenty of goals in them so far
Mowbray isn't a good manager personally but maybe years of being there building a foundation and having consistency will pay off for them Swansea always a threat, ritcie, well run club top to bottom |
|
By:
Bradley Johnson is another one of them co*k ups from Derby, he was probably their best player at the back end of Lampards season according to my Derby supporting mate yet they let him go on a free a few weeks after Wembley
![]() |
|
By:
Think the issue with Johnson at Derby was his wages, he was on in the region of 35k a week although it was runoured he took a pay cut in the February before he left. He seemed settled in the area and did a lot of fund raising for a local school for children with special needs. I believe he was still living in the area last September (don't know if he's moved now) and was out with the Derby players on the infamous drink driving night last year.
|
|
By:
Should have kept him kings
Thing is, with the Championship its best to have a settled squad as high turnover of players usually means mid table as we've found out |
|
By:
Yeah overall was a fan of his but soon as Lampard went and we lost the playoff final cost cutting was in place with moving Johnson on and shipping Scott Carson out on loan for the last 2 years. who I rate very highly, especially at championship level there was rumours Southgate was looking at him for the last world cup. The cost cutting and youth development was the remit Cocu was given when taking the job and was why Chris Martin left recently due to being out of contract and was offered reduced terms.
