I see the market has cottoned on to Derbys lack of firepower, matched @1.99 with quiet a bit traded around 2.16 now out to 2.7. They are in my opinion a value back although don't know many of the Reading line up. whereas if id seen how short they were I would of been laying large. Guess on final score would be 1-1. Jack Marriott is Derbys only senior attacking player starting, with Rooney coming back from injury on the bench.

Huddersfield fans are a pessimistic lots, perhaps the worst in this regard across the country.
In light of the comments on here about relegation from the Championship, I sent a WhattsApp to my season ticket holding Town mate this morning asking 'What are Town's prospects for this season'. There was no mention of relegation from me, or any hint at influencing his reply. The reply to this was 'I'm very concerned. We have a much weaker team than last year where we only just stayed up. In an online poll of 400 fans, around 45% predicted relegation and only 8% predicted a top half finish. Our relegation odds have been slashed by the bookies from around 9/1 to 5/1. Many fans feel there may be only 2 or 3 teams worse than us.' While this is not a tip as such, if even their own fans are this pessimistic................. |

I still find it baffling how a professional bunch of coaches on big wages can't coach their lads to have 1 shot on target in a game of football, and Derby do it often under Cocu
