For a start aka we have no back up for Kent being out and our squad could be depleted further if Morelos and a couple of others walk. The performance against Motherwell was abysmal at best.

Morn Stew.
Sunday was disappointing. 25 shots with 7 on target and only 1 goal. But early days. I think we're okay in defence (Katic could be recalled in an emergency). Goalkeeper wise we have 2 that could play every week and 3rd choice isn't too bad either. In midfield Ryan Jack will be back soon and Janis Hagi is available after isolating and Juninho Bacuna is still to be tested. Lundstram also finding his feet so I think midfield okay as well. Up front Ryan Kent is a big loss but Hagi could perform a similar role on the right with Roofe and Morelos playing centre and down the left. Fashion Sakala and Scott Wright both decent options up front as well. SG expected to lose a few players including Morlos so he'll see him as a bonus. Every squad can be improved but I don't think its a disaster we haven't signed more players than we have. |

Been quite a bit of disruption this season that we never suffered last season.
Both 1st and 2nd choice keepers out. Tavernier, Patterson, Goldson, Barisic and Helander all not available for various reasons. Kamara, Hagi, Aribo and now Kent the same in midfield. Also been loads of transfer speculation which is also unsettling. On the plus side a few players including Goldson been given improved contracts. |

Catch you later Stew I'm off out.
Keep the faith, SG will sort the team out just like last season. |
By:
I hope your right aka it's just that it irks me that we should be six points clear of Celtic. Make that nine if we could and it would be 1/25 Rangers.

Rangers B team back in the cup.
Awarded a 3-0 victory after Ayr United were found guilty of fielding 2 ineligible players in their 3-0 victory. Precedent was set earlier with, I think, Annan. |

A dominant performance tonight and 2 well worked goals from Roofe(48) and Morelos(63) saw us comfortably into the semis (draw at parkhead tomorrow night).
The Livingston goalie was man of the match in a game where Rangers were never threatened. Good to see Bacuna get some game time, looks a decent addition to the squad. |

Great to hear that Glenn Kamara has signed a new and much improved deal tying him to Ibrox until 2025.
£50k well spent. Worth in the millions now, great player. Strolled tonights game. |

League Cup semi-final draw.
Rangers v Hibs Celtic v St Johnstone Games played 20th and 21st of November |
By:
tough draw
will be backing Hibs in that one |
By:
I'd have preferred an easier draw against either of the other 2.
By:
going to be a saints v cabbage final
By:
will be backing Hibs in that one
FFS Guppy, pack it in. Like I said before you'd back Forres Mechanics to beat Rangers but you NEVER post a bet. You really are becoming a boring bastard. |
By:
You get him told Stew.
Although tbf his doom predictions normally result in a win for the Gers. Worse than moneytree. |
By:
"you NEVER post a bet."
lol i just did |

Ryan Kent will be missing for 4 weeks whilst Ryan Jack is still a couple of weeks away from returning.

A hard fought but deserved 1-0 win at Dens park today thanks to a great finish from Joe Aribo.
Paul McMullan 'won' a penalty for a blatant dive but justice was done when Jon McLaughlin saved with his feet. Was a bonus to see Griffiths behave himself for once. |
By:
thought you were a bit lucky today to be honest
By:
Yes we were lucky. Lucky that Griffiths behaved himself.

Next up are Sprta Prague away on Thursday at 5.45pm.
We need at least a draw to keep us in the race for qualification. Hopefully we have no new injury worries. |
By:
think Sparta are great value in that one
By:
What are their odds?
By:
haven't checked yet
By:
I wouldn't imagine there is much between the teams.

Rangers ?
By:
i like these type of games, with teams evenly matched
i've watched a fair few Czech league games, the football is surprisingly good, better than Scotland I would say (old firm apart) Rangers look like they are slight favourites at 2.80 |
By:
won't be able to watch this anyway
By:
I'm okay got Virgin sports and Premium sports.
By:
Got fed up watching free streams on here.
Constantly freezing and then disappearing |
By:
on betfair? just refresh when that happens
By:
When watching Rangers games its nearly always on tv rather than my pc.
I know you can watch Virgin/Premium sports online but prefer the tv and no distractions. |
By:
Irish tv is showing Legia Warsaw v Leicester, never show the Rangers
By:
europa league is on free tv in ireland
By:
Are Celtic going to hand the title to us on a plate this season?
By:
Hibs 5 points ahead of Celtic now
the best thing that could happen for scottish football would be for Hibs to finish second and somehow make it into the champions league group stages |
By:
Long way to go..
By:
even europa league wouldmake a difference
i think Hearts in 2004/05 were the last non-old firm tam to make the group stages of something back then it was still called the UEFA Cup and had groups of 5 teams |
