Malay I don`t really care whether you believe that I`m a Celtic fan (Season Ticket) or not as I have got more important things going on at the moment but out of courtesy I shall answer your questions.

Were you delighted with the japanese lad's debut today at Celtic Park ?
That is a stupid question. Of course I was, like every Celtic supporter in the world. Lad was brilliant and looks a great addition to the team.

were you at the the 4-2 game when doyle was sent off and ten men won the league ?
Yes. Greatest atmosphere ever that night 1979. Tic needed to win. Gers were up 1-0 at HT and 10 minutes into 2nd half Doyle got sent off for a foul on McDonald. Tic then went ahead against the odds with goals from Aitken and McCluskey. Gers equalized can`t remember who scored to make it 2-2. Then near the end McCloy parried the ball into a defender at it went in the net. Then Murdo scored that wonder goal to win 4-2.

were you at love street 1986 the day dancing brave won the 2000 guineas ? NO, I was in Newmarket watching Dancing Brave win the Guineas.

were you in Seville or do you remember were you watched it ?  No but I would have been in Seville if I hadn`t ended up in Hospital a few days before leaving. Bus from my pub went and some lucky guy got my seat. But I was in Milan when Feyenoord beat us in ET and denied us our 2nd European Cup. I think that was a much bigger game than Seville. And I was at Elland road for the semi. And every major European tie in 70s, 80s and 90s.

You remember me of some of my friends who wouldn`t bet Rangers if they were getting 20/1 on them to beat Elgin City and Rangers fans I know well who wouldn`t bet Celtic if getting the same bet. It`s called cutting off your nose to spite your face. As a gambler, I see it as it is. There is no sentiment in gambling. I lost my money yesterday but it wasn`t all bad, at least Gers dropped 3pts. Crazy

Malay keep your bigotry to yourself.
And why don't you celtic fans take your celtic stuff to the celtic thread.
The one you deserted when Rangers progress last season became too much for you and you spent the rest of the season behind the sofa. Laugh

RANGERS V MALMO
Ibrox - Tuesday @ 8.00pm

1/2 Rangers
3/1 Draw
9/2 Malmo

What a different game we would have been facing but for that last minute strike from Davis.
And letting the crowds in is another massive boost with a full house guaranteed.
The Utd result will hopefully galvanise the players and we see the team that dominated the league last season and did so well in Europe.

I'm betting 3-1 but will be happy with any score that sees us qualify.

Disaster. No other word for it.
Defence all at sea and look really nervous, mid-field inept and nothing up front apart from Morelos.
Livened up later on but too little too late in this tie.
Worrying times for SG especially after that defeat to Utd.
Must win on Saturday away to Ross County.

What a difference a day makes, 24 little hours...Severe pressure on slippy now on Tuesday, go out the CL and there'll be a fire sale of players. Playing in the Europa League, at best, still means operating losses of between 20-30 Million for sevco. The shares issues have been exhausted and are no longer an available bail out of their annual losses. Sevco have gambled on getting CL money this season and have gone all in, Malmo hold the winning hand here, just need to hold their nerve.

A que of agents standing outside Ibrox already being reported for tomorrows players sale, buy one get second half price up on sevco's website..LaughLaugh

The irony here is that celtic are in the exact same position as Rangers as regards the loss of CL money.
How much are they 4 dud goalies costing in wages? Laugh
By:

When: 10 Aug 21 21:44
100% correct but celtic are still cash rich, sevco are in the gutter financially.

They even begged you're hated SNP for a loan, Celtic asked for nothing.
By:

When: 10 Aug 21 21:49
Do you know the reasoning behind why celtic didn't apply for the loan?
Wee hint. celtic directors took a bonus payment from their club.

surely getting into the CL was a long shot

even if they beat malmo they had another qualifying round after that

both rounds would probbaly be 50/50

Rangers / Malmo / Olympiacos not a lot between them
By:
akabula
When: 10 Aug 21 21:57
No Malay but you keep sweeping your teams problems under the carpet and continue to obsess on the Rangers if it makes you happy.
