Another game out of the way with 3 points and a clean sheet in the bag.
Could have been more but the Hibs keeper played a blinder. Next up is St Mirren away on Wednesday at 3.00pm. With 4 wins and 1 draw in their last 6 league games this will be no walkover but despite that and our league cup setback here I'm looking for a 2 or 3 nil win. |

He did Stroodle. Might be a lifetime ban as well.
You're right about his posting style and it's hard to see how he got banned. I certainly never saw anything he ever posted that could attract a ban. |
|

A very tough but great win today. If we beat St Mirren I'd take a draw now against Celtic but with Griffiths back in the team now it's going to be very hard imo. If we win both games it's league over.

Tremendous shot, aka. Aye, doing okay mate but the restrictions not really affecting me much at all, tbh. Nippy loving the power trip though, eh?
She won't be around much longer ![]() Yup, an essential three points from the HIVs on Saturday there and I'll go for six points out of six coming our way from the next two games ![]() Merry Christmas to Platini, btw. In no way did he deserve to get banned. I've no idea why they let me back in. Must have pressed the wrong button ![]() |

The more I watch this clip from the Hibs match the more I agree with the pundits. A stone waller of a penalty but the referee saw it different. |

Doing fine thanks Trilby, just like the Gers.
I never listen to her daily brainwashing spot and simply use common sense. |

Keeping in thoughts those who lost their lives in '71. A few days early I know but I probably won't get a chance to post later in the week. RIP.

What a position to be in at the start of the year.
Incredible performance so far even without taking into account our heroics in Europe. Rangers ; played 23 - GD 53 - Pts 65 celtic ; played 20 - GD 30 - PTS 44 21 points ahead with a far superior goal difference. Keys to the city for Stevie G when we wrap our 55th title up. |

Our next 2 fixtures are Motherwell away this Sunday then Ross County at Ibrox on the following Saturday.
Will be looking for 6 points and expecting celtic to find it hard with high flying Livingston their opponents in the next 2 games. At home on Saturday without the currently isolated players and away on Wednesday. The league could be finished by mid February in time for our next Europa League matches. |

SG interested in signing Aberdeens Scott Wright. The 23 yo forwards contract is up in the summer and Rangers are looking to get him on a pre-contract albeit they will offer the Dons a small incentive to let him sign now. Given the current situation I thing they'll bite Rangers hand off.
|

ESPN have ranked Rangers no. 1 in the Global Power rankings as the best team in the world so far this season.

I think SG deserves a lot of credit and respect here
Stopping Celtic winning 10 in a row with the resources they've had and the pick of the best talent up there was always going to be hard but they've done it in such isolated brilliance this season ![]() I've always called him a jonah when it came to the league but he's not been that this season |
|
By:
The transformation has been incredible.E
Stopping the 10 in a row was his main target but look at the difference in Europe. 2017-18 Knocked out at the qualifying stages by a team from Luxembourg. 2018-19 Reached the group stages and finished 3rd. 2019-20 Reaced the group stages and qualified as group runners-up. Beat Braga in R32 but lost to a decent German team in R16. "020-21 Reached the group stages and qualified as group winners. Facing Antwerp in r32 with a more than decent chance of progressing further. Even just the income generated by those matches has more than justified his appointment. |

Rangers injuries update from SG.
SG: Katic is progressing well. Arfield also progressing well and hopefully on track for a return early Feb to the group. Ryan Jack is back in the squad for tomorrow. Kemar Roofe we will make a decision on today as he returns to training. |

Another resounding victory today, 5-0 v Ross County.
Dominated the game from start to finish. 70% of the play. 28 shots, 11 on target and 11 corners. After 25 games we have 69 points and a lead of 23 points over celtic who are in a dog fight for that coveted 2nd place with Hibs and the Dons. An unbelievable GD of 58 against celtics 30. Next up this Wednesday we travel to Easter Road to meet Hibbs who lost 3-0 today to St Johnstone in the league cup semi-final. Whilst celtic will be hoping to extend their unbeaten run since the Dubai trip when they host bottom club Hamilton. |

Its basically a race to 100 points and 100+ Goal Difference now

Great result yesterday bearing in mind Ross County put four in against Aberdeen. Unbelievable you can still back them to win the league.
I don't want to get ahead of myself but I'm sure I'm correct in saying no club has ever won the Scottish Premiership without losing a game. We've basically stopped the tic from the ten in a row and I'm sure they will do their utmost to stop us being the first club to win the league without losing a game. That said, still plenty of tough matches to come that we could have an off day and lose but if that doesn't happen I'd take two draws against the tic now. |

Rangers winger Glenn Middleton has joined Scottish Premiership rivals St Johnstone on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year-old moved to Ibrox in 2018 but has made just one appearance as a substitute this season. He scored five goals in 27 appearances during his first year at Ibrox. Middleton, capped 15 times for Scotland at under-21 level, had loan spells with Hibernian and Bradford City last season. Had high hopes for him when he first featured for the first team but seems to have lost his way. Hopefully this move will get him back on track. |

Another 3 points tonight from a keenly fought match at Easter Road.
55 getting nearer and nearer. A Mental as Anything tribute band will be needed for the celebrations. Good to see Alfredo stamp his mark on the game tonight with the only goal in the 51st minute. Just catching up on the stats from the Ross County match. 617 completed passes in the 90 minutes. Unbelievable figure. The only way celtic could get near that is iif they put Scott Brown on Mastermind. (Thans twitter) |

How's it going trilby? Great result last night. I'll take a 1-0 anytime. It's the three points that count. What an achievement if we finish unbeaten. Never been done before but it will be Bolly time if we achieve it.

Going good, cheers. Hope so with you too. Yup, lovely three points and that was never a red for Morelos, lol. Yes, 100+ points, 100+ goals and unbeaten is the target. Good joke there, Aka - lol @ Broonie the thick muppet.

Rangers have signed "much-coveted" defender Jack Simpson on a pre-contract agreement and Bournemouth expect team-mate Nnamdi Ofoborh to follow.
Cherries manager Jason Tindall revealed that the 21-year-old midfielder is "close to agreeing" a deal with the Scottish Premiership leaders. "It is a great opportunity for them to go to a big club like Rangers and I wish them well," he said. "Jack's only recently had a run of games and he performed extremely well, but it is credit to himself and the staff here that a few good Championship clubs were looking at him." SG planning for the future. Good to see the Royal Mail are honouring Alfie with his own stamp. He's earned the recognition and has left his mark in every stadium in Scotland. |

I wonder what The Cherries are paying Wilshire. I was very keen on him but I think we dodged a bullet tbf.

Scott Wright signed a 4 year deal today.
Would have been hard for him at Aberdeen if he'd had to stay there til the end of the season given their supporters appalling record when other players moved to Ibrox. |

Not the best of games but another 3 points and yet another clean sheet.
Rangers again 23 points ahead with 75 points from 27 games whilst celtic have 52 points from 25 games. Far superior goal difference with Rangers +60 and celtic +35. celtic now a massive 2000/1 to win the league which means that if you put £10 on them to win the league you'll win nothing. |
