Piss poor performance from the world's greatest football team on Stevie G's 100th game in charge yesterday but full credit and very well done to Danny Stendel and his Wee Billies.  An absolutely MAHOOOOOOSIVE win for them and long may they continue to gain points and climb the table … erm, after their next game, of course Wink

Stewy, you give up too easily mate.  Oh ye of little faith.

Many of them are like a certain fairly recent addition to our society dr . atkins.  They have their own sh!tholes but like to make other decent people's abodes like theirs.

The bottom line is this....Bournemouth, one of the smallest clubs in England found Defoe surplus to requirements. So what happens? Gerrard signs him because he is "an incredible professional". You. couldn't make it up

You couldn't make that trash up. Hes scored 17 goals this season despite starting most matches on the bench.

His record in Scotland is remarkable:
Defoe ... 1 goal per 75 minutes
Morelos ... 85 mins
Edouard ... 95 mins
Christie ... 130 mins
Cosgrove ... 153 mins
Forrest ... 198 mins

Some dud eh!!!!

As all Rangers fans will know the High Court judgement (v Ashley) went in our favour yesterday should lead to the release of nearly £4m in outstanding payments.
Add to that our recent cheque from UEFA, the added income from full houses and the 38k crowd v Stranraer band Rangers have circa £10m available cash.
Now remember when reading wee jhoes oggereings how wrong he was in analysing the Rangers accouts earlier.

defoe isn't your average 37 year old , doesn't drink and vegetarian also

very fit , highly experienced and just scores goals

you need the kind of experience he has aswell when most of side are younger , what an example to have around that's one of reasons SG signed him

Defoe expected to be missing for 2/3 weeks but with all calf injuries it could be longer.
I would think that with Morelos also carrying a slight injury Rangers will make a move tomorrow.
Plenty of names being mentioned on twitter and the Rangers chatrooms but not convinced any of them are realistic targets.
Arfiels been used in a centre forward roll in the past and didn't do too badly. Jones also available.

Good to see Borna Barisic signing an extended deal despite interest from Italy.

They believe in what gerrards doing , proper team thing building at ibrox and just gets stronger every season

came out the traps dusty but will improve , I think back to before break we played some blindingly fast one touch stuff in Europe and league , kinda like chealsea were start of season , mans not far away from gold

be hard to get a decent striker tho , whoever comes knows they be third choice most likely in a few weeks

no need to panic , wasn't so long ago we had murty and pedro and couldn't string three wins together

Just watched the 'highlights' from last night.
Opened the scoring then brilliantly ficked a pass fom Ojo into Arfields path for the second goal.

These so-called "old boys" know what they're doing and experience has taught them well.

Take Nicholas Parsons out for 94(?) but doing it till the day he died.  Plenty to be said for keeping an active body / mind as one progresses on the Stage of Life.  The sad sacks who pollute this Fred should take heed, imo Plain

Interested to hear how the Hagi story develops.  His old man was something else all right.  He's top board with FCSB these days, no?

His record in Scotland is remarkable:

No doubt his experience is good for the younger players but he's scoring against pub teams up here. Hence Bournemouth's decision to let him go when they themselves are in a perilous position.

As for Hagi his scoring record is nothing to speak about but might find it easier over here. The bottom line is that Gerrard's hands are tied behind his back. No fault of his but I'm sure he would love to add class to the squad.

Many things learned over the past week. Kent not living up to the £7m tag. Gerrard not the answer. Big money needs to be spent to stop the 10.

Keep posting aka, it makes it unnecessary for me to come on here and show up to be the diddery doddery auld dunce most of the forum knows you are, as you're doing a sterling job of it yourself. You demonstrably don't understand the difference between Gross and Net income, all you talk about is the money coming in to Sevco, never about the vast sums travelling in the opposite direction. Wee joeybhoy still all at sea. Budgeted income and additional income too much for him to take in.
What a sad wee guy he is by the way with his obsession with Rangers.

Another flat performance against the Dons. SG will have to get the team going again or we can say goodbye to title No. 55.
Take away the help celtic get from the referees and they would be toiling.
Hamilton the better team by far prior to the erroneous sending off.
Taylor should have been off for 2 yellow card offences and how did Griffiths get to stay on the park.
Should have been sent off for the stamp then later on should have received a second yellow for diving.

Still WATP.

Sevco are an absolute PR disaster. Traynor has beem there 7 years now and yet the image of the club remains highly controversial. In a negative sense.

Catch a grip.  Edouard is the best player in Scotland by a country mile.  That's WHY he will be gone in the summer for 25 million plus with a host of clubs in running to sign him.  He will probably go for more.

Did look a good player though and hopefully will  give us the spark that is missing just now.

2-1 flattered Hibs. Both Arfield and Morelos were very unlucky not to score.
Rangers could have had 2 penalties with a blatant trip on Kent the more obvious the other being a handball.
Looked more like the Rangers before the break with Tav back.
