Scotland worked very very hard for the last win. Never saw Slovenia play v England, but suspect they never really used as much energy as Scotland did.
Slovenia must fancy beating Scotland in their last match, so will be extremely hard to beat them tonight. Not sure what tactics Strachan will use tonight. We must not give them too many free-kicks near box.........as they are bound to try to win them. Fresh wingers important from start and probably best to keep it tight early on and try to get break-away to try to score 1st half. Trying to leave it late again to score unlikely to work in this one. As both should be trying to win match, I've layed DRAW/DRAW with some cover bets. My guess on this one is 1-2 or 2-2 (hopefully NOT a DRAW at HT or full-time!) It is bound to another torturous night.......just need a bit of luck for shots to go under bar in this one!  GL with bets. |

Hoping Scotland will win however when England played Slovenia away amazingly Hart had a blinder and England could easily have lost the game 3-0 and it was only through inept finishing and Hart's great saves that kept it 0-0,Slovenia need the win but hopefully when news filters through that Slovakia are comfortably winning they might lose a bit of heart for the battle.

Slovenia's last home defeat in a competitive match was back in June 2015 (2-3 v England). Since then they've played 7, won 4, drawn 3. It's bye bye Scotland for me

If they were level on points I would fancy Slovenia but realistically they have nothing to play for as Slovakia will surely beat Malta.

Scotland's only hope is that Slovenia aren't bothered. The manager has already announced he's resigning so that might reinforce the downing tools theory.
But I don't really see them doing that till HT when they will likely know their fate (are Slovakia beating Malta, as expected?). I watched Slovenia swarm all over England and it was only Joe Hart that stopped Slovenia winning, so this is a useful side when they're on it. I've layed Scotland with a cover bet on correct score 2-1 to Scotland (I don't see us keeping a clean sheet) but I'm prepared to bale at HT, depending on the scoreline. |

Slovenia at home are NO mugs. Best hope for Scotland is 0 - 0 after 60 mins and then bring on the pace from the bench with Forrest & McGregor and sneak it 1- 0

Well I hate to say it but that Scotland team is fuucking horrific. What the fuuck is Strachan thinking. If we lose he can get to fuuck.
Total opposite of how we've been playing, no high press no pace, Phillips was terrible the other night, midfield with no legs or energy at all, Griffiths has become a better player as a lone striker. Could of brought Martin from the bench if needed. That team is getting beat. Hope to fuuck I'm wrong |
