Envy - you can use all the stats you like, passes completed etc does not win a game. In terms of quality posession and chances Everton were streets ahead. They were happy for you to keep making inefectual passes. I counted 26 passes at oe stage, all in your own half and 5 yard ones. Big wow. Does that constitute deserving to win?
Grow a pair you pathetic little mug. |

These united plastics must be fishing
Everton had more shots on goal, more shots on target and it was widely accepted by all (including Red Nev) that de Gea kept you in it with 2 or 3 great saves. Talk us through all these United chances. One Rooney shot straight at the keeper, one half chance off the line. That was it. Carry on seething. |

Man U pass completion 88% vs. their 70% Man U total passes 568 vs. their 193 Man U possession 69% vs their 31% etc. etc. The hoof it and hope tactics won out last night. Not the better team. Here's the stat that counts : Goals scored Everton 1 Man U 0 |

Few bad losers posting here! We deserved it end of. United will obviously bounce back, and when they get into their stride they will be a big threat to City IMO, but I'm hopeful we can move onwards and upwards from this and hopefully challenge for the 4th place spot. As for Wimbledon style tactics, don't make me laugh we played some nice football for the first hour or so too. You've been listening too much to sour old Whiskey Nose mate!

STEVO you must admit MUFC were robbed of 2 penos, fair does if you won it after that, but the best team were robbed of the match and prob the title already.

I think the OP point is if you played like that week in week out you'd have a chance of winning something. |
|

How deluded are you? It was never a pen, Everton had a more blatant one when Jelavic was wrestled to the ground but of course Slur Fergus of Seethesville missed that one!
Liverpool had two pens and a sending off against them plus a stone wall pen denied when Kelly was hauled down in the box. But you don't see them spouting loads of nonsense about the ref cheating them. YEt the Dowd gave every decision to WBA. Instead the recriminations were primarily focused on their own inept display. You could learn a lesson or 27 about humility. |

Green and gold scarfs will be back out soon if this winless run goes on for much longer

Winners don't need to blame someone else for their own failings. United and Liverpool fans crying like biitches is a joy to behold.

RMB, I think both sides had fair shouts for pens to be honest. I think it's a bit early to say that this has cost you the title already! FFS! City will get their fair share of points taken from them this season.

0 points on the board, already looking up at City and Chelsea, struggling to keep their heads above the relegation zone, 24m striker kept on the bench for 70 minutes, a dodgy midfielder at centre back, an appalling new home shirt and Anderson nicking everyone elses lunch, these are troubled times at Old Trafford

In all fairness i've never been an ABU and have never had anything against United......................until i joined this forum. But there's so many plastic c*nts on here spouting all kinds of rubbish (as this thread proves), that you can't help but love it when United lose. Very pleasing scenes. RMB - you're making yourself look more and more stupid with every post. In a minute it'll be 3 or 4 penalties. Even Fergie didn't moan about it so that says it all. I'm quite capable of being objective. The facts are United huffed and puffed, had a lot of possesion but created very little. Seeing as you think united were the better team perhaps you could explain how Everton scored, hit the post, hit the bar and forced de Gea into making at least 2 (Baines and Osman) great saves and possibly a couple more too from Pienaar. Yet you think they were fortunate and in your own words "United would have won 3-1 if the ref did his job". You are a clown and you wonder why people enjoy it when you lose. |
|
By:
Well at least you admit you're an ABU now 1979. I confidently predict you won't have another United defeat to revel in all season from this point forward. If you think last night's robbery won't make us stronger, you're a fool who has learnt nothing from our years of total domination.

i'm still waiting for that explanation RMB...... |

RMB is that much of a loyal fan he was celebrating a £19.62 win when Man Utd lost last season as he backed the opposition and was creaming his pants.
Couldn't make these goons up. |

I watched the game last night as a neutral and thought it was a good match.
United had most of the possession but they kept going across the field or back the way with it, whereas when Everton had the ball, they wanted to go forward as quickly as possible. As for Wellbeck, last season showed him up as a constant diver, and although he won several penalties last year just for throwing himself to the ground every time he got into the box (like Young done with Villa and now with United) I think refs are now wise to him, and he will find it much tougher to win penalties for nothing this season, except from refs who favour Man Utd. United had a few chances last night but failed to take any of them, but as Everton failed to take even more chances then I think that a win for Everton was the right result. |

whereas when Everton had the ball, they wanted to go forward as quickly as possible. They reminded me of Wimbledon at times even the home fans were groaning before they scored. |
