Don't think there is such thing as being overly tactical, and whilst we all like to have our 2pence worth, I'm pretty sure Lowe is much better placed to make these decisions; and there will be good reason behind it.
From what I'd imagine regarding Klose/Gomez, would be that despite Gomez's excellent goalscoring record, he'll largely be out of the play waiting for the team to provide for him - something that is easy for the Greek's to play against, especially when defending deep. Klose, typically likes to drop deep and get involved in play. Thus creating space for those around him. |

I know Klose is a great finisher but Gomez has scored 3 goals and is on fire, it's very brave by Low. He will get slaughtered if they lose this match. I'm sure there are a lot of puzzled German supporters and pundits at the moment.
