HKJC have the worst 1x2 prices

if the CL final was this weekend, you'd expect chelsea to field a weakened team.
but with a 10% chance of a top four finish and ten days recovery, I can't see why they wouldn't go all out to win this. plus some of their key players are banned for the CL final anyway, so no point resting them. |
|
By:
tbh I think Chelsea will win, bearing in mind how bad Liverpool are at home these days + how average a side they are anyway.

Poorest prices out of all the asian books, even their handicap lines are rubbish

Just how weak will Chelsea be?
Terry, Ivanovic, Ramires and Mereiles can't play in the CL so they're guaranteed to play tonight and they're 4 of their best players. Torres didn't play at the weekend so he will probably start. Likewise Sturridge and Essien. Only definite weaknesses will be if they rest Cech and Cole. |

bergkamp really is a clueless mug.
So it's only Liverpool fans backing Liverpool?!? ![]() Look at the time of the day. This money's coming in direct from Asia and as I posted on here last night there's a strong probability that Chelsea will be fielding a significantly weakened team while Liverpool will be looking to close out their season on a high in front of their fans and a smidgeon of revenge. I was happy to take the 6/4 with PP yesterday afternoon as it was clear the price was only going to go one way. Whether Liverpool have enough to win the game is another argument but it's clear why the price has moved so much, and it's not just because some scally from Norris Green has just opened accounts with all the high street bookies and had thousands of pounds on. |

Dalglish on LFC TV
http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/kenny-let-s-finish-on-a-high “We will need to assess how everyone is after the weekend,” Dalglish added. “We will see what we’ve got as a few bumps and bruises may well have cleared by Tuesday morning. "We’re not going to give anything away but it will be the strongest team we’ve got from the players available.” |

i will laugh if liverpool field a weakened team......i will also wonder where they found one from

Liverpool don't have anything to play for tonight
They are not very good anyway Are very poor at home these days Chelsea have 4th place to go for - that should be plenty of motivation Chelsea are a much better side than Liverpool Can only see a Chelsea win tbh |

How will we tell the difference if Liverpool field a weakened team or not?
|
|
By:
Unders looks big too me 2.12 at the mo
|
|
By:
if it a normal team then the scousers will be claiming they will win 4-0
if its a weakened team then they will only be claiming to win 2-0 thats how you tell the difference ![]() |

I think a "weakened" Chelsea team would compare very well against Wigan and WBA who won at Anfield against "full strength" Liverpool sides.
I hope the money keeps coming for Liverpool,i'll be a layer at KO and having a small bet on Chelsea aswell. |
|
By:
Chelsea definitely look value. That said, there isnt a great deal bewteen the sides imo. As shown by Sundays encounter.
|
|
By:
2.18 seems a low price to back Liverpool - unless they know something we don't - but nowhere near as daft as advising backing Chelsea at 2.84 a couple of days ago.
|
|
By:
Back Liverpool at 2.7.... No movement for a couple of days
![]() Look last night, see 2.4. Happy that's a reasonable price, looks like the eastern money is involved. Decent trade ![]() Look today...2.16 ![]() ![]() wtf? NOW the Macau big boys are in. Do I wait to see if it drops FURTHER?!?? |
|
By:
Always happens with Liverpool, their backers are deluded.
|
|
By:
I can see it dropping further....like Shazza says....deluded

ga the point of your thread was to buy Chelsea for a trade, it has turned out to be an awful trade, you've demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge about the markets... the best thing you can do is stop posting

06 May 12 20:26 now I know I mentioned this earlier, but after todays results just think of it like this a mid table prem team has finished its season v disappointingly, its last 3 home games lost all 3 v wigan, fulham & wba last game with nothing to play for they meet chelsea who have just beaten them in the cup final, they are on fire having recently disposed of Barca in the CL chelsea are not yet guaranteed a CL spot next year but may do this if they win this game + blackburn at home so who are the faves ? Im a trader & I have been wrong about liverpool a few times but if they start faves for this game on tuesday I will question the sanity of the human race - if I was a punter with £1k to spare Id see this as one of the best value bets of my life btw I have already had me £2k on chelsea this has got to be the worst advice i have seen on betfair. it is well known that liverpool's price comes in nearer the kick off time, so the only things that makes sense is to buy the price early and sell at KO. for anyone to recommend to do the opposite means either they do not know how to follow the history charts on betfair, or they were trying to manipulate the market in their favour. in this case i suspect the former over the latter. |

green army, forum mug and all round eejit, are you kidding me?
liverpool being overbet shocker! has this ever happened before? yes every single time they play. MUG |
|
By:

You'd have taken a sizeable loss had you done this in the last home game they played. So, in other words, you're talking total and utter bollòcks. |
|
By:
Petr Cech is not expected to play. Hence I have becked Carroll at AGS as I dont rate Hilario or Turnbull at all.

wow, bit aggressive arnt we mate. try some decaf
![]() checked my history charts and liverpool's price has not come in twice this season, so overall a hell of a winner over the season. but i guess you knew this already and are just fishing...otherise you are just someone making a statement without checking his facts. |

Was that a one off Rob?
I'm not a watcher/trader of pre game markets |

Lol, sorry. Just disagree with the notion that it's a case of lump on Liverpool and then lean back for a few days until you're able to guarantee a nice win. Otherwise everyone would be doing it. Not fishing, no. This is an exceptional instance really, as it's based on suspected team news and the assumption that Chelsea are likely to be significantly weakened. Maybe the OP should have factored this into his betting, maybe not. But to say he's an idiot for backing Chelsea when Liverpool always steam is just plain wrong. |
