Lech Poznan 0 W Krakow 1 Derry 2 UCD 1 Preston 4 Yeovil 3 Just over a point down on the day. One bet today: JK Sillamae Kalev v Kuressare. Estonia, 3.00pm Kuressare have scored just 16 goals in 26 games, and though they beat a lower league side in the cup last time out they have failed to score in 7 of thier last 8 games. On the other hand, the home side have kept 5 clean sheets in 6, with the only team to score against them, the current league leaders, and that was away from home. They're best priced 1.17, but one firm go 1.11, so the 1.86 in the both teams to score market (NO) looks decent. But the away team to score market (NO) makes more appeal at 1.95, both with Unibet. Bet JK Sillamae Kalev v Kuressare. Away team to score - NO 1.95 with Unibet |

I've decided against two of the possible bets.
One was in the notoriously low scoring Greek League, but I'll probably let the form settle dwon before getting involved in that League. One of the others is in a bit of an obscure league, and there are no prices available yet. I will post it tomorrow if it's priced up. So just one bet so far for Sunday. Dynamo Kiev v Illychivets. Ukraine, 5.30pm Dynamo Kiev have conceded just 2 goals in their 8 league games so far this season. They're on a six game winning run, which includes two European games, and have conceded just one goal in this run, and that was away to Bulgarian champions, Lovech. Domestically they're on a run of six clean sheets, and have conceded just twice at home in 10 games dating back to last season. Visitors, Illychivets have yet to find the net on their travels in their three games, but that run goes back a further three games from last season away from home. The H2H is 6-1-0 (W-D-L) and a 20-2 goal difference, which included last season's 9-0 drubbing. Away team to score (NO)is 1.85 with Unibet Dynamo Kiev to win to nil is 1.91 with Paddy Power Dynamo should win this, and 1.91 is very tempting, but I'm going to play it more conservatively. Bet Away team to score (NO) @ 1.85 with Unibet |

Dynamo Kiev 3 Illychivets 1 Illychivets scored in the 88th minute. Close but no cigar. Running total - £34 (£10 level stakes) Of the other three I earmarked, one won, one lost, and one is currently winning 2-0 at half time. Anyway, I have one further bet tonight. North York v Toronto Croatia. Canadian League, midnight It's bottom v 2nd. North York have just one point from theie last 7 games, and haven't won in 24. They have scored in their last two games, but prior to that they failed to find the net in 5 of their previous games. Bit it's Toronto Croatia's form that interests me. 10 straight wins, 8 clean sheets, and one of the teams who scored against them are the current league leaders. They also have six clean sheets in their last 7 away games, and have conceded just three goals all season on the road. Bet How many teams to score? - One team only to score 2.1 with Sportingbet. One possible bet tomorrow night. |

Result:
North York 1 Toronto Croatia 5 One for tonight. Derry City v Drogheda Ireland, 7.45pm Top v 2nd bottom 2nd best defence v 2nd lowest scorers. Derry have conceded just 4 goals in their 14 home games. Though UCD scored at The Brandywell last time out, Derry had kept six consecutive clean sheets at home, and 8 in 9. Drogs score four in their last away game in a freakish 5-4 defeat to UCD, but 8 of their 11 away games. Though Drogheda have scored a few in their last few games, I just think it's worth a risk due to Derry's excellent home form. Bet: Both teams to score - NO 1.78 with Unibet Paddy go 1.62, and Bet 365 are as low as 1.44 |

International are back
Two U21 games worthy of note today, both 4pm kick offs Greece v San Marino. A Greece clean sheet is 1.33 Liectenstein v Italy. Italy clean sheer is 1.22. Italy's price is a little skinny, but the Greece one looks a very good price. Put them together and the double pay's just shy of 1.63. All odds are wth VC |

International football is back, and though they're pretty short prices I think they'll prevail.
Bosnia v Luxembourg. Luxembourg are one of those natons that have improved, realtively speaking, in the last 2-3 years, but it's a massive game for Bosnia, who can guarantee a play off spot with a win tonight, and it set's them up for a winner takes all game with France next week. They haven't conceded in the last four. Luxembourg have failed to score in 4 of thier last five, and have just two goals in their last ten away games. Bosnia to win to nil - 1.62 with Hills Or 1.33 with Boyles in the Both Team to Score market. Same group, France v Albania Albania were beaten by Luxembourg last time out, and though can score goals, on the road they tend to struggle. The goal in Luxembourg was only their second away goal in the group. The other was over 12 month's ago in Romania. France seem to be over their internal problems, and have wins over the likes of Ukraine, England, and more recently, Brazil. It's a massive game for the French and a win is imperative before they host Bosnia next week. France to win to nil - 1.53 Bwin 1.44 with Hills & Unibet in the Both Teams to Score market. Now to the bet of the night Andorra Nil, to give them thier full title host Ireland, who need to keep the pressure on Russia. Ireland have kept 7 consecutive clean sheets, even though they were a tad fortunate in Moscow last time out. Andorra are the joint worst team in the world, have scored just once in 7 games, and twice in 13, one of those was actually in Dublin. Ireland to win to nil - 1.53 Corals 1.33 in the Both Teams to Score market with Hills, Sky, Boyles and Bet Fred And my fun correct score treble for these games: Bosnia 1-0 @ 11 Bosnia 2-0 @ 6 France 2-0 @ 6 France 3-0 @ 6 Ireland 2-0 @ 6 Ireland 3-0 @ 6.5 8 x £1 trebles Minimum payout = £216 Maximum payout = £464.75 Correct score odds courtesy of Laddy's |

Nice write up mate, like the Ireland bet.
|
|
By:
Corals have cut their odds now, and it's The Magic Sign who are best priced on Ireland to win to nil @ 1.44.
BTW - My treble is down already as Bosnia have gone goal crazy (5-0 up after 55 mins) I've done another one. France, Ireland and Portugal all to win 2-0 or 3-0. |
|
By:
I really dislike Kerry Katona!!
France 3-0 Ireland 2-0 Portugal 3-1 (latest) |
|
By:
Bosnia are a good attacking team, most of their players play at top European clubs. When they play teams like Luxembourg it's always good to go for high scores (especially more so today when they needed to up the goal difference)
Very unlucky though.. nice thread |

Another corker today.
I'm not going to explain the reasons why, it's all in the very first post in this thread. That's because it's the reverse fixture today. San Marino U21's v Germany U21's in Serravalle. 7.15pm Since that game, San Marino have lost 2-0 in Greece, whilst Germany have won 1-0 in Belarus and 3-0 at home to Bosnia. I went to Oddschecker to find the odds, expecting around 1.2, but was amazed to see 1.36 in Germany to win to nil, and the both teams to score market. Prices are with William Hill. An early one for tomorrow. Australia v Oman in the moring as well, and it's 1.5 both teams to score (No) and 1.67 to win to nil. Oman don't score many goals, and have lost both games so far in the group stages, but my concern is Australia are missing Emerton, Cahill, Kewell and Schwarzer. Saying that, they destroyed Malaysia 5-0 on Friday without any of those players, and Australia really should be winning these type of games. |

Done a fun correct score treble for tomorrow. Australia v Oman. 9.30am 1-0 @ 7 2-0 @ 6 Japan v Tajikistan. 11.45am 2-0 @ 6 3-0 @ 6 Moldova v San Marino. 7.00pm 2-0 @ 6 3-0 @ 6 All odds from Laddy's |

San Marino U21's 0 Germany U21's 8
Australia 3 Oman 0 Japan 8 Tajikistan 0 I normally go for one sided games, but I have a closer game worthy of a bet in the last round of Euro qualifiers. Georgia v Greece. 6pm Greece are a defence minded side and need point to guarentee top spot. Their goal record in the group reads 12-4, but away from home they've only scored 4, and never more than one in a game. And it isn't a group that screams quality. Georgia too don't give much away, and aren't prolific. 4 home games with a total of three goals (F2 A1) Georgia have kept four clean sheets in their last five home games. With Greece's style, and knowing a point suffices, they'll play it tight. The longer the game remains goalless the more they'll settle for it, and I can't see Georgia troubling them. They haven't scored more a single goal in any group game, and only conceded two goals once, that away to Croatia. Both teams to score - No 1.8 with S James 1.73 with VC Bet |

It's that time again - International Week. Or as I like to call it - Pay Day.
It's teams that simply don't or can't score. Both games are from the U21 European Championship qualifiers. Montenegro v Andorra, Friday. Noon. This is a crazy price. Stan James price it @ 1.17, but you can have 2's on (1.5) with Bwin Andorra's U21's are as hapless as their senior counterparts. They've scored just three goals in their last 16, but two of those were against the Faroe Islands (the other at home to Moldova) Their record is played 4, lost 4. Scored 0, conceded 15. Montenegro are no great shakes, but as their senior side have proven, for a nation so small they punch above their weight. They're still in contention in this group, but tomorrow is a must win game to keep in touch with the rest of the group. They beat Andorra 5-0 in the away tie. Both sides to score - NO 1.5 Bwin 1.4 Bet365 Next it's my favourite team in the whole world. San Marino v Belarus. Friday, 7.45pm I've spoken enough in this thread about how hapless San Marino are at all levels, and tomorrow they host Belarus. This is the Belarus side who overcame a 2-0 play off deficit to knock Italy out of the this Summer's tournement (and the Olympics) They were then only a minute away from knocking Spain out in the semi final. They've had mixed results in this campaign, but have won all three away games against Greece, Cyprus and the Czech Rep, so a trip to Serravalle should hold no fears. Both teams to score - NO 1.29 Bet365 Tajikistan v Japan. Friday, 9.00am. I mentioned the reverse fixture in this thread, and Japan even surprised me by knocking 8 past Tajikistan. It won't be 8-0 tomorrow, but a defensively sound Japan side should be one step closer to Brazil by dinnertime tomorrow. Both teams to score - NO 1.57 - Skybet 1.4 - Bet365 A couple of other bets that I think are worth a little nibble. It's World Cup qualifiers all around the world this weekend. The big game has to be Iraq v China. Friday, 2.45pm I wouldn't say this is as confident as the above bets, but I fancy Iraq to win this. Since Zico took over they've won 3, lost 1. The one loss was when he had just a week to get to know his players. Since then they've had routine wins over Singapore and Lebanon, but also a WC qualifiying win in China. I've watched a bit of China recently, and for a nation of such size and population, not to mention sporting prowess, I'm amazed they haven't kicked on from their 2002 World Cup qualification. They've been pretty average in this campaign, and though Iraq don't play at home (it's in Doha) I fancy them to just edge waht should be a tight affair. Iraq Best price is 2.25 with Sportingbet, Blue Sq & 888Bet. Like the Iraq bet, this is only a small stake fun bet. In South America. Columbia v Venezuela. Friday/Saturday, Midnight. Venezuela are the only South American nation who have never qualified for the World Cup. This has to be their best chance now there's an "extra" qualifying berth with Brazil hosting the event. They've improved in recent years. From hosting the Copa America in 2007 to making the semi's earlier this year. They beat, deservedly, Argentina last time out in this WC campaign. It's a tough ask to go to Columbia and win, and though they had never beaten Columbia away until 2003, they've actually won 2 of their last 3 visits. I'm not even suggesting they can win tomorrow night, but with Falcao out for Columbia, I expect a tight game, and you can get a goal start on the Asian's. So if they lose by a single goal, you get your money back. A draw or a win and you cash in. Venezuela +1 1.94 - Ladbrokes |

This is without doubt, the most impressive tipping, best judgement of value and least egotistical thread I've ever seen on the football threads.
Kev, take a bow!! Great work, this is exactly what forums should be about but arent 99% of the time. I guess we should be thankful there arent hordes of San Marino or Andorran oafs ready to shoot Kev down. i've never really looked at these markets - just turned off really with the mis-matches. Thanks mate for making me see the opportunity, shame it's so too late for Euro 2012... |
