lets think positive lads. i agree there was very little to be happy abou last night but we are not out this tie by any stretch. ledley header, brown volley, stokes pen claim, forest just wide, maloney free kick. on another day we woulda scored 2 minimum. the manager will need to show a bit of nous next week and if we dont think we can avoid defeat over there we shouldnt bother turning up, i'm sure we have the belief. samaras is an absolute fud fwiw. hail hail

Lennon made some bad decisions under pressure. Although Stokes did little he should have told him to stay int the box, took off Samaras and a goal would have come. Even having Murphy as an option would have been merited considering no Hooper and Samaras inability to score goals. With Kayal and Hooper back i am confident Celtic will score and probably go through on away goals.

feindouno was good for them in the hole, he had to put stokes out left to let us get more attention on that cnt. i dont agree with it as i believe celtic should take the game to the opposition BUT they didnt score and this time next week that might just have been the key

regardless of the outcome if there is not a striker in shortly there has to be serious question marks over our ambition here. do we only rely on that rotten mob getting weaker? come on get the finger out and give us a bit of quality upfront. |

Celtic could not have got more wrong last night, and there were some abject performances, including the manager's it must be said  That Swiss team remain a bunch of diddies in my book, and got exactly what they went to Glasgow for. With The Sultan back next week, Celtic will not play as badly again, and I for one expect them to win the tie  |

'The Bhoys' Joe is like the negativity that exists in Celtic minds, so much of this lack of belief is a power that is a factor in the nervousness of the players in such occasions a Europe and title run ins. Don't open Joes threads is one answer. Believe in the positives and let them grow. Swiss side are poor, Celtic can 100% get a goal or two with Hooper and Kayal back.

had that awful "Oh No" feeling pre Kick Off last night once I seen the Line Up , basically our Front 6 even with Hooper (1 good game ,4 did he play ?) are not good enough simply they lack quality one and all , Celtic Strikers should be bagging 25/30 a Season minimum and I just cant see any of these doing so , solution well thats as obvious as it is unlikely to happen (esp if we go out of Europe) , lets not forget we have only made one yes one purchase of any note this summer to add to a Squad that ultimately were not good enough to win the League from possibly the Weakest Rangers Squad Ever !
All in all I just get the feeling that we are being had over (once again) by Mr Lawwell and his Mind Bending Spin Machine , plenty of promises & pledges , linked with and talking to all the right names , (Given ,Gordon, Cuddichini, Dunne, O'Shea, St Ledger, Snodgrass, Bellamy, Boothroyd, Long , Barton) are 11 examples Actual Purchases - Victor Wanyama (WHO 99% of us would have said) Keep the Faith YES , Get behind the Team Most Definitely , But Stop Taking Us For Fools ! |
