BTW you don't sound a very sensible punter betting doubles in the betting shop, have realised that you backed two players at around 2/1 each, a winner and a loser and managed to lose money ? a sensible punter would have had two singles and won money. Think about it. |

It seems a bit childish that someone who looks a bit
muggish should be critical of a professinal journalist, especially one who admits to betting in a greedy (losing) fashion himself, even adter times a 200/1 chance to boot. McGovern must laugh his socks off if he reads this, as I find it hilarious. |

course have told us about your 200/1 pick otherwise, instead of that you rushed down to a betting shop and from two 2/1 picks of which one won, you managed to lose money, very clever. You say I wouldn't have backed your picks anyway, and that is the bit you have got right, as I am quite capable of making my own picks, which don't include losing money backing doubles, although I am sure you make loads of money doing that. lol. |

Ok so i put on 2 tenners instead of the 20 double, you think i would walk half a mile to collect 10 euro profit?????? Get a grip and if you had backed rafa you would be looking at 10x profit on the bet, and as for backing doubles, its better to be greedy and win the odd 8/1 double than lose every bet you make e.g mugovern....
