I think most other Managers in the game, if they tried using mainly youngsters and Wenger's budget to maintain a top four team, would have failed by now.

That is why he's so highly rated.

Having said that, I do think that his scouts don't get the credit they deserve - they do find some gems.

I agree he hasn't spent much, probably still haunted by the 8 million he spent on jeffers but he's cherry picked the best young talent 4 next to nothin.

Wenger is a genius. would walk into most jobs. Has suffered from the Abramovic factor recently. (take away the £300 odd million chelsea have spent in the last few years and Wenger would have won at least 2/3 trophies) and no one would be question his ability. has his faults but by and large a quality manager.

He's poor imo. No other top side would want him as their manager. :|

not at all, i love the way arsenal play n i wud love 2 c them win the league, but the last few years they have been in decline, gettin p1ssed on by man city earlier this season proved there gonna b in 4 a difficult time.
They are a joy 2 watch, they do have the best youngsters in the country, what they haven't got tho is trophies in the last 4 years

2004-2005 - dats 5 seasons ago - the difference with benitez and wegner is benitez doesnt warm to people so doesnt have the same friends among the press - he is a loner - a man obsessed with control and has a negative attitude towards the game - while wegner is a manager of expressionism playin free flowing football and liverpool fans if they were honest would say that it was the worst side ever to have won the Champions league!
