couldnt open maxs link. what did it say? Brothel man loses appeal From the Lancashire Evening Telegraph, first published Friday 7th Apr 2000. A PRESTON man who ran two brothels and lured young women into prostitution by introducing them to heroin, has failed in an Appeal Court bid to overturn his convictions. Jaswinder Singh, 47, of Brackenbury Road, was also refused leave to appeal against the 12-year prison sentence imposed on him at Preston Crown Court in February 1998. He had admitted one count of living off the earnings of prostitutes and was convicted of another, along with rape, indecent assault, supplying heroin and procuring women for prostitution. At London's Criminal Appeal Court, Singh's lawyers claimed his convictions were "unsafe" and his prison sentence "manifestly excessive." But Mr Justice Sullivan ruled: "As to the grounds on which Singh would wish to argue against his convictions, we are unable to see any force in any of them. "None of the matters raised provide any basis for saying that the convictions were unsafe." Also upholding Singh's prison sentence, the judge added: "It's plain that the sentencing judge had the principle of totality very much in mind when sentencing Singh to 12 years." The judge, sitting with Mr Justice Silber, told the court: "It was the prosecution's case that Singh ran two brothels in Preston." He was also accused of introducing "young vulnerable women to prostitution by supplying them with heroin." The judge added: "The evidence against him was given by a number of complainants, a number of whom were prostitutes. "Clearly one of the issues of critical importance at the trial was the extent to which the complainants' evidence could be relied upon. "Singh has a deplorable record which it is unnecessary to particularise." |

I was f*cking my best mate's girlfriend behind his back. When he found out they split up and he moved to Manchester. She lost her dignity and I lost all my friends and respect. He was so embarrassed he had to quit from his international job, despite it being his last chance to do it. Saw him recently and he's still p1ssed off about it - wouldn't even shake my hand nor look me in the eye. just read some iof thisi thread make me chuckle |

One of mates pulled a bird - 3 months pregnant - her mate an i joined them back at her house. After a brief talk i got her mate upstairs and was in the sack getting on with it when we heard a door slam downstairs and my mate knocking on the door to the bedroom '' MM , ask whatshername can i join in? I don't mind going second :^0 '' He was fecked when refused and said he was downstairs waiting for me to share a cab.
He began to cook something to eat and watching her tv , fire alarm went off and the bird ran down down and gave me dogs abuse. She came back up to bed and i finished the deed. Again he asked could he just come into the room. Again knocked back. About 15 minutes later, he shouted that he'd rung a cab and i'd better get off quick . The bird and my mate began screaming at each other from bedroom to living room and i thought it best that o left. Told her i'd see her next week. Two weeks later, met her in a bar and her mate said '' you're mate is a fecking dead man- he had a ** in my mates hoover '' Playing footy the next morning i said to my mate '' that bird reckons you ** in her hoover. ''yes , i loosened the fan shat in it and screwed it back together.Wouldn't let me knob her , so feck her :D '' |

Out one night with a group of mates in a busy bar. We were planning to go back to a mates house for a smoke after last orders. I only had about tenners worth of solid in my pocket.
Out of the corner of my eye I spot a load of illuminous jackets pouring into the bar. It was only a fcking raid in quite an upmarket bar. I couldn't believe my luck! In a panic I grabbed the lump out of my pocket and lashed it on the floor. To my horror it bounced under a table of a middle aged couple having a quiet drink with their daughter. (the Dad looked like Brian May) I was praying that the busy's wouldn't spot it both for them and more importantly me so I could retrieve it when they'd gone. But I knew this was unlikely when they brought the bl00dy sniffer dogs in and they made a beeline for their table. The Brian May lookalike was then apprehended and frogmarched through the bar protesting his innocence. A couple of other busy's began rifling through his coat and questioning his daughter about whether her dad took coke and if he had any other drugs on him. Not entirely sure what happened after as we swiftly drank up and left but if your reading this Brian I am truely sorry :^0 |

I was going to keep this to myself but f#ck it.
About 20 years ago I was having problems at a place I worked, basically I didn't get on with my manager. I found another job and put in my notice, I knew that they had a policy of not letting people work their notice so the previous night I left a little present in the suspended ceiling above my bosses office, which was just near the toilets. I sh1t in a shoebox and left it there. Apparently it was 3 months before they found it, not before they'd dug up all the floors, the sewage pipes and completely pulled the place apart looking for the sewage leak. there, i've admitted it now. |

there are a lot of sh*tting stories on here.
the only one that springs to my mind on that front is at a house party, the toilet was being used for all sorts, so going in one of the bedrooms and opening a cupboard and the first thing that i saw was a girls pair of cowboy boots. you know the sort, pointy toed with a fair bit of patterned stitching on. left a montser in one of them. |

Gave a Chinese/Oriental Big issue seller a blouse £20 note. If that wasn't bad enough, due to his lack of intelliegence he gave me £19.80 change instead of £18.80.
I did think about giving him his pound back but I wanted out of there. |

Regular Fries Im tempted....doubt it could be beaten. But it has to be a nono. I got some serious ** from Northern Ireland and after related to it, where I was bought up aqnd worked for the boys through to about 28, but itd take alot of stupidity to put it on here ffs. However what might be of interest : a few of the "lads in my community" are currently "discussing" whether or not to retaliate against the REAL IRA. A dove myself, Im trying to get the lads I know to chill out. I suppose Im on top at the moment, and I suppose that means Im good, not evil. Some of my firends really wanna have a pop at this pack of b******s though. IF it does go off which I SERIOUSLY doubt it will and Im pretty informed, Ill prob have go home and try and work the poltical wing as well as do some damage, and the rest will be history. Hope it doesnt Im just about to ** off and open an Irish pub in South of France. Dont fancy the H block reopened one little bit. Life is mad. |

When I was 13/14 a friend and I decided it would be a good idea to stitch up my step brother. Also in our year at school. He thought he was ace at football so we decided to set him up for some football trials. I only had some yellow paper left in my junior craft kit so decided to send him a letter from Norwich city offering him the chance of football trials. Don't forget, this is my step brother. I think we took more time over this than revision for gcse's. The letter was perfect. Logo's, correct contact details even a completely shi*e hologram. At this point I hadn't really thought about the concequences. We live in Cornwall, Norwich = 350-400 miles away. Anyway, next day comes, spend an agonising day at school then, over dinner all hell broke loose when he opened his letter. There was jumping, screaming, allsorts. Gran and tramps got phone calls, so did all the family. The stage was set. We fired another letter off the next day with times and dates of the trial. I was shi**ing a brick by now. On the day of the trial, his gran in car with his 2 real sisters, I was desperatly phoning my mate begging him to phone up and call it off. He wouldn't! The look on their faces 12 hours later was a picture. 10 years on now, no one found out. I should feel bad.

In an easter holidays when i was about 12/13. me and my best mate went through a neighbour's backgarden to use their back gate as a cut through to go to the local shops. the neighbours were away on holiday and when we returned through the gate, for some reason my friend tried the back door and to our surprise it was open!!!
we closed it quickly, went for a check round the front and saw there was definately no car on the drive etc. we then went back round the back, opened the back dooronce again, walked in to the kitchen and raided the cupboards for anything we could find. Kit Kats, Blue Ribands, Viscounts the lot whilst we were also partial to some bourbons and custard creams. we took them next door to my mates house and ate the lot. the next day we decided to go one step further and go in to their living room, watching their tv and eating the remaining biscuits when i spotted the easter eggs in the corner of the room. all 6 of them got demolished whilst we watched porn on their analogue satellite. when our neighnours returned home at the end of the week, the youngest got grounded for eating all the sunday tea biscuits!! we never said a word!!! |
