No betting O/R the Ladies on here this year?
Was always more action in that market. |

Hey Jolly Roger!
The outrights were not only posted on this page but freely available online and the high street. Where you been hiding? There's the occasional poster on here as earth's symmetry is f@cked! How'd you slip the net? |

What we learnt on day 1...
Cole looked super composed beating Wolfie and wore the biggest smile of the day. McEwan is gonna take some stopping. Haines won his match then went to a punk gig. Some blokes are totally out of their depth. Jacklin is still to win a set in 5 world championships. Badger gives no f@cks who he plays. Kadar is rock solid under pressure on doubles. The ladies qualifying structure is wrong. Some of today's winners will be going home next match. Wheelbarrows were filled with Rhian winning in straight sets. |

Interesting thread. Shame more people dont post on darts on here.

Haha...most of the information is accurate, along side some right howlers, yet no one is swimming in these waters to jump on the hook. It was once thee buzz forum on bf where I lurked for many years under another guise.
|
|
By:
Even I got locked out of here. Was the entire bf forums down? Took my ramblings to that twitter thing and still to see a dart thrown since the opening session yesterday. It hasn't been missed looking at the performances so far. Not one person can defend some of these matches. If it's sh!te it's sh!te.

As posted...
4th session opens with Shaun "sole destroyer" McDonald v Dave "go fund me" Parletti. I hope Dave has his meds in order as he takes on the slowest dart player in the world. To anyone watching this I salute you. 1 hour to go...Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Now 40 minutes as the countdown continues... |

Players and matches I'm looking forward to seeing this afternoon as this session on youtube over here:
Scutt Muffin Man Mikuru Vindaloo |
|
By:
I saw most of this afternoons games. Most interested in seeing Scutt tonight. Overall the 5 tour card holders playing adds a bit of interest to what looks a rather dull event. Disappointed last night that Hogan played so bad.

Which is better?
The comms expert for sky/pdc or the dart player? "The Miracle" will help bump her average up from mid 50's. Straight sets loss is 4/11 Time for a cheese roll with crunchy crisps and a bottle of modelo, with cranberry juice and water on the side. I've dropped at least 1 dress size, maybe 2. Only 29°c today. Thank f@ck for air con every day |

Talking about the Betfair market DnB, they put it up a few hours later. Was after Suzuki but the 2s Hills seems fine.

Jolly Roger, I like this.

DnB keep it up! this thread was a good read. Scutt out 1st round!!

Little b@stard Luke...just what this tournament needs. Rid Lakeside of the dead wood one round at a time.
|
|
By:
JR, Mikuru price never moved with billies after win over Laura and still 2/1. That's the 1st round out the way and still to drop a set.
The Latvian lady looked good in patches, better still she has a backbone on tv. Bookies keeping Beau on side @ 1/10 is mighty short and needs taking on. WW, I typed up a post after day 1 for day 3, but kept it on the shelf as I was pretty harsh on Hazel. After yesterday's matches I gave him the benefit of the doubt as so many winning players said they were nervous etc... Being nervous is natural bodily function. Averaging 20/21 darts per leg is why Mr Ben needs to go out the back and like his wooden cartoon character f@ck off. |

What a finish!

Especially for WW, and anyone checking in:
Day 4 of Lakeside sees a Midlands mash up with Fullwell and Jones on the bill. A missed opportunity for a catch up and a belly full of beer with this pair - great lads! I might have mentioned in an earlier post these two were joined at the hip going to tournaments and splitting prize money. Now they get to share the stage in this opening session. First match sees Fullwell 3/10 take on Hansen. Hanson's winning legs were between 18 best & 23 worst. He needs to step it up a notch or 2. I'm not convinced. Nick -1 h'cap @ 8/11 On paper Whippet has the tougher opponent of the two. I finally saw his match with Cameron on you tube earlier and he's not playing at the speed I remember (hence the nickname.) Aged 60 now with a knackered knee (welcome to the body malfunction club) and still going strong. The way his form dropped off after a good opening set is a concern. His opponent Menzies is playing at a very solid level. At cramped odds 2/9 I expect he'll win. Best of 5 sets with Menzies -1 on the h'cap @ 8/15. If Menzies has the darts I'm adding 3-0 correct score, currently 17/10. Sorry Jonesey. Of the other 2 matches I can see Duff v Thompson going the distance. Over 4.5 sets @ 7/4 sportsbook (over 3.5 is 1/3) Desremaux won 6 legs straight and the match with 26, 19, 18, 20, 20, 20. Some players improve after their opening match, others get worse. Hurrell -1.5 h'cap @ 8/11 Fullwell and Menzies 1st session -1.5 h'cap double @ 8/5 billies Good luck everyone... Order of play 1pm Uk Fullwell v Hensen Anca v Priscilla Duff v Thompson Menzies v Jones Order of play 7pm UK Hurrell v Desreumaux Kirsty v Clements Dongen v Vreede Warren v Shewan |

Fullwell's house broken into yesterday...had his darts stolen WTF

Perfect start 13 darts

3-0 Nick summed up his match well there in interview. Totally switched off thinking the match was won. Bad habit to have, though nicely relaxed and composed. Next time foot on throat and no letting up.
Winning legs: 1) 13,18,19 2) 18,14,19 3) 22,26,25 |

Great last leg between Priscilla and Anca.
Priscilla wins 2-0. This shows the disparities in averages. Priscilla won in 18 darts 83.50 Anca 6 left after 15 darts 99 ave |

The Paddy's are in the house. Duff super confident...not only winning 3-0 but winning the title too....let's see what happens.
