Might be worth leaving alone imho.

India gave injuries too. Atkinson and Archer v Bumrah?

More interested in Indus team composition. Jurel strengthens their batting but will Kuldeep have any influence in the rain?

Not betting. You would fancy England to get 2 or 3 by lunch.

I will be looking to lay England but only after the damage has been done.

Cloud cover for the whole match.

This is a good pitch to bat on. Once it settles down somebody might make a good score. India’s top order is very good. If England get through that they have problems.

I have been on a good run of late but as Wham said caution pays for now.

The market has got this about right.

Might be a bit in the wicket for our bowlers on the first morning after the rain this week. They had better make the most of it. India will be cautious this morning and if they can get to lunch without loss or 1 down they could bat England out of the game.

Have backed India at 3.2 which I think is generous.

Good morning all.

I have changed my opinion. Trying to wait until the laquer comes off but if India can see off Archer they will remain in the box seat for the rest of this match.

I think England lay is the safe option. Archer unsettled Jaiswal. If young Jaiswal can overcome that fear he might well flay the rest of the Engerlund attack.

This kid Jaiswal is incredible. I mean if us a bit bleedin’ obvious for us to see but for a young man who likes to twatte it around he has already worked out he cannot with Archer and the new ball. I am a little surprised Arched is not attacking his leg stump

Couldn’t help myself but have jumped into India before the laquer has come off which is a worry but there is little pace in the wicket just yet,

India could bat England out of this. So imho worth an early punt. Can then just enjoy the game and not look at the Exchange

Agreed. I went 2 years ago. Dreadful place. Great pitch though.

Why do people always use the word hate (misogyny) rather than chauvinistic
They are worlds apart and far more accurate re women in sport

Went to Tesco this morning and grabbed a great few bottles of wine for later. I've just finished work so going to go home & enjoy the cricket with a nice bottle of red with some stinky cheese!

I always get to the ground early wherever I go. Gives you chance to have a look around, watch the warm ups, nets and so on. All part of the day. Cannot understand why you would want to roll up at 11am queue to get in, try to find your seat row, disturb everyone getting to your seat. Too much hassle all round.

Take your time, relax and enjoy. Nice lunch and a bottle of wine until close of play.

I used to work next door to OT always been very bad at getting people in no matter what the event.

It's not always easy to get there early
And getting back to Manchester from the ground is literally Shanks's pony
The queue for the tram is vile outside the ground
