I think there was just some extra moisture in the pitch and it will start to quicken up now. India bowled very badly the first hour and the Aussies grinded well. Huge mistake from India not playing the spinner.

Layed Aus around evens small bet before the off. Smaller bet draw at 10 and then just had a couple of draw backs around 5.6 Going to have a back of India at silly money tomorrow afternoon while Aus are still batting! So the question remains what will happen with this surface? I am a firm believer that if 3 seamers can't bowl a side out on a supposed helpful wicket then 4 seamers will not do it either. Jadeja should have played I think. At least in hindsight if looks a bad decision |

Morning WD. Jadeja should have absolutely played. The pitch is already showing uneven bounce and I think the cracks will open and it will keep getting quicker. Aussies bowlers will bowl better and should be able to exploit the condtions. WICKET!

Yes I might go along with that view. The question is how long will it take. Aus look nailed on for 450 here but they are so brittle.

Asleep for the best bits here but did get draw lays as low as 5s just not for quite enough as have had to go a little red again to trade on the 3rd and 4th wickets. Feels like a very high draw still. Could be 240/5 at close if only one more wicket falls, which usually gives you a draw prices in the 4s, obviously depending on teams and the track.
