Shield game last week, said nice to bat on once the new ball gone.  Not sure how comparable it was to this pitch though.

Still green AF! Justin Langer said there's some cracks already. The curator talked about their being swing with the humidity inside the stadium

Pancake flat otherwise though?

Oh dear. Lost £750 on the toss too. Always feels much less anxiety provoking going in with a huge red if the toss was a win.

Second game at this venue.  Shield game last week, this game is second game of cricket played here.

Bhuvi would have been helpful with the amount of swing out there.

Ive layed aus. Ind should bowl well here.

My secret spy working in Perth just reported that this is a fake green top and that I should lump on the draw.

I'm so badly placed here. Very green draw and neutral India.

Now nearly off India, on the draw, could be 7s after another 5 overs.

Hope the early swing fades. The grass won’t last that long in the heat. Neither may the pitch though.

Not a lot of love for it. Can’t even get a lay at 9.4 matched.

Arent Aus too short? If they bat well, surely the draw comes in instead of their own price? At best they'll hit 1.5 but dont see them going shorter no matter what happens in their first innings.

FS's draw lay has been eaten!....and mine! Excited

CS, if you were laying at 9.4, you risked your stake for nothing, right? The downside was much bigger than the upside as at best youd have a draw back at 10 avg?

My 9.4 draw lay was just a portion ...I have more orders at every price from 8.6 - 4.3

Not a lot of love, but the market tends to correct itself and do so fast.  Do nothing, and then when it goes, it goes straight through.  Not doing that now, but still an over and a bit before that 5 overs is up.  Will go close IMO.

Depends on belief in their attack. I think it’s their batting that prevents really short prices so if they bat really well but the ball keeps doing a bit I’d expect 1.4 even.

They aren't looking brilliant, but 10th over first innings, green pitch, 2 openers look reasonably comfortable on this pitch and comfortable with their decision making.
