Windies will be blocking now for draw, they are mostly not dashers.

If the weather changes it will be a different game but if the Windies batsmen apply themselves as they did in the first innings, they should survive 5 or 6 hours if they want to.

england will declare overnight if they're not bowled out. will lead by 340ish by then and will want 10 overs with 2nd new cherry if necessary

Thanks wonderbright I feel you were making fun of me but I often don't get those sort of posts.

The guy who posted the second last comment yesterday was spot on. Windies out of it now and at stumps it will be eng vs draw

Serve England right if they lose now. Why take a risk when you are already 1 up?

nah det, you've misjudged the tone of my post

I was of course joking, its a long time since we've had a test where a team has had all of day 5 to bat out for a result
not 1986 but a long time
it was a joke but not on you Happy

It would have been ultra negative not to declare.

I think they should have gone harder a bit earlier and have 10 overs.

1 wicket and Bishoo would come in. He still might!

Why would you say that?

England were under the pump trailing by 160. They now lead by over 300 and that's where you tell the opposition right, your turn now we're done.

If England lose, this will be one hell of a test match. And if you can't back anderson woakes stokes and Moeen to defend over 300 in 95 or so overs then you are a shet captain

Broad still standing tells us all about how easy it is to bat on but some pretty dodgy money just flooded the market.
By:
sageform
When: 28 Aug 17 17:57
The objective is to win the series, If England lose now it will be 1 all and they could lose it. Carry on batting and you guarantee the worst result is 1 each and one draw.

I prefer teams try to win and lose the odd game now and then than teams who try not to lose and don't win games they could/should have won
