I'm not exactly in a world of pain here but I have, once again, done in a decent position by getting too much draw green on board in a game I never thought would be drawn and would always have laid the draw in if asked to bet to keep.

Draw moves since last night show why draw trading is so tempting but also so difficult. Got laying at close right but not for enough and missed the lowest prices, miscalled how high it might go so backed at wrong prices, didn't get the two overs without a wicket drop offf a cliff, because there was a wicket and didn't back high 5s after the wicket which was returning a profit within a couple of balls!

That's exactly what i've done, too many trades made yesterday. Now small green on ENG, but with some red on both draw and Saffers, not large amounts by any means but irritating.

After last test, which I did well on, I thought to myself that I should always keep my draw flat or red in a game I was confident wouldn't be drawn, unless prices couldn't be refused. Naturally, I've spent most of this game with a big draw green. I need to recalibrate it. I did lay at 2.74 yesterday but could have taken loads and loads on at that price.

England's price is amazing considering the pitch and overhead conditions. Ain't going to change all day either.

I well in the last test also, because I took a position kept things simple, though that's easy when a test follows the script perfectly. Yes missed some great lay prices yesterday too.

It's supposed to be raining (according to the BBC). They're now saying showers till 2ish.

All eyes on Philander and the new lad in a few minutes.

Doubts about whether Keaton has it to be a Test Player, all that hype about Haseeb Hameed has vanished, give Addam Lyth another chance.
