He was a leg spinner, who retired in 2009 and played for Sussex and Surrey, was a fair spinner at county level, but at Test Level, well he just wasn't Test Match standard.

Looks an odd decision to bowl to me, if there is one thing England are half decent at in tests it is racking up a decent score going first. Also we know Cook will never enforce a follow on so the chances of using Shah in the 4th innings are nil.
Small bet on England at 1.46 for me.
