Was behind the eight all Test! Two chances to green earlier.
I hope you draw backers greened out. There must have been plenty of opportunites so I hope you guys were prudent. Phew, don't feel euphoric at all, highly relieved. I looked at decimation at one point. Went all in yesterday. was facing an 85% cash out loss. Cash out or hold your nerve BOOM Back your judgement! To be fair when I made my bets I was thinking Pakistan would win and it just went down hill. I compounded it by backing the draw lay heavy! Relief! |

TerryHurlock 07 Aug 16 17:29 WD whizz..green is good,is the final tonight pd? Absolutely no chance! I wouldn't say I'm shot but I have just had two 4 figure wins in days. I am finally back in the Small Time and I am going to recharge and move on to the Carribean for the Test! Don't want to waste this opportunity of having cash in the bank to gear up or get out of trouble! |

Actually I do need some lessons in trading. I am not very good at it. My timing is sheite. I generally am better at buy and hold. That is what I am good at and I also back my judgement in calling a match although it is fair to say I got this one wrong but who cares?
Some days ve vin Some days ve lose Today ve vin! |

TerryHurlock 07 Aug 16 17:33 that feeling off relief is weird feeling alright, feels like you just got away with something! I did! Decimation. In fact worse than decimation. I was all in looking down the barrels. Luckily I have an electric oven! I am actually spent today. Going to have a bath rather than taking one for a change! |

I'm rubbish in the pyjama cricket. Too volatile. Only 2 results (normally) which means red on 50%. Much prefer 3 outcomes..makes a huge difference but each to their own.
Much prefer the cat and mouse of 5 day tests. Loads of time to judge which way the market will react. |

WOW.
Just came back from work. Glad i cashed out of draw back at 1.49 when i had backed it at 1.51. Didnt get greedy and have hence prevented a disaster! You just cant trust Pakistan! 124/3 to 125/7! Incredible! Must have been a great viewing experience. Sadly I mised it :/ |

Made a packet in the end. You can never trust the Pakistan team. Gave a bit back messing about with the draw but all in all a very profitable test match!! |
|

I lost 250. Considerably less than I could have.
History at this ground is that the team batting 2nd wins, and it looked like that until Eng openers 2nd innings started to pile up a big score. Not much I could do after that, except to trade my reds down. |

This game made me wonder a bit about ground records, as it hasn't historically been a very flat track that hasn't deteriorated and I really didn't pick that England would have such a drawn out second innings, which almost took me to the cleaners. Vaughan, I think it was on TMS, was talking about a new groundsman and the pitch being flatter. Clearly you have to go on something but one to keep a certain scepticism about.
