Its not that surprising really, 25-3, as we are not very good and Root, is the one person, who would get into most Test sides and is likely to top score more than any other English batsman this summer.

the silliest odds ive ever seen was on start of the 5th day of the 2nd test with wi just recently. eng were favs at 1.72 when after looking at the state of play they should have been at least 2.5.

cook was pretty lucky that boult and southee both largely bowled the wrong length to him, so he finds a different way to get out instead. |
