Test cricket is all about partnerships, when this one ends the draw price will jump about.
It's what makes the game interesting. |
|
By:
Well done Juicel, was hoping your price would come up.

cheers! been a long few days staring at 1000's of pounds worth or red

I know how you feel. I never go that big as I like to sleep at night

Only in test matches. I make quite a bit over a year on them so worth it overall. Also I'm 6 hours ahead of UK time - currently 2.36 am therefore been knackered all day!

|
By:
For this match I walk away with just £23 and am happy with that.
|
|
By:
I often over bet my stake to make my profit in the first few days. I don't like to take it this deep as the odds change to quickly and I can get twitchy, make bad decisions
|
|
By:
jucel, can I ask what your very first position was please? Sounds like you might have gone balls deep on the Windies from the get go?
|
|
By:
I also make an over all profit on Test Matches and have often been tempted to scale up by adding an extra zero. Then I think I don't need the money so not necessary to put myself under stress.

No, went deep on the draw at 2.7. I then laid at load of Eng at 1.95 when WI were 7 down, trying to ride the runs. The last 3 wickets fell and to my horror Eng shot down to sub 1.4. They then hovered around 1.4 for their 2nd dig & that Braithwaite wicket in the first few overs killed me! Had to sit on my hands for 100 overs ffs!

Tredwell has bowled 25 overs for 1 wicket, while Root has bowled 9 overs and taken 2 wickets, Tredwell is no Test Match bowler, even though 4 batsman surrended to him 1st time round.

Sorry 35 overs

For Kieron, the summary of my betting is as follows. Started pre-match with a lay of England then when it looked as if they were going to dominate, cashed out for a small loss. On day 4 layed the draw and cashed out mid afternoon today for a small profit (23% of initial stake).

By:
Root looks most likely and has done so all day. Can see him getting 5 here!

The fun starts.

Thanks Jucel and foin, really appreciate your candid summary. Sounds like one went deep on the draw and one a lay of England (effectively a back of the draw???) so it looks Ilike you both might have called this test match right from the start which is no Small feat in my book!

He would of got a load more wickets if they hadn't fukced with his action!!

By:
well done jimmy, but christ, that feels like the most overhyped and over anticipated statistical milestones that i can remember.
