I paid £100, £80 and £30 at Lords. Did my best not to spend any money there. Then yesterday bought a last day ticket for the Oval, my friend has already got me a Sunday ticket. Next year is Ashes so we get rogered again but after that it is a firm NON Monsieur! ( yeah right! ) I love my cricket but I hope the Authorities take the hint. I have to say Lords was excellent. 3 days great cricket. Had a fab time but then I don't go out drinking, clubbing or whoring due to age concerns and Mrs 'Death. I like most am so disappointed from the top to bottom of English cricket. The fans on the other hand are amazing. Gracious and generous in defeat. I went on my own on Monday and was striking up conversation left, right and center with people whom I didn't know. Cricket is such a great game I will not be defeated by the people who run it. |

Jadeja found guilty of level 1 (not in the spirit of cricket) offence, fined 50% of match fee.
Anderson charged with level 3 (more serious offence, can lead to a ban), case to be heard on August 1st. |

as i understand it even if he's found guilty and banned the ecb can appeal and by the time the appeal is heard the likelihood is he'll miss some of the one dayers after the test series
