sri lanka are capable of a collapse and say 350 all out job, then say if the africa pile on 550 they fav
By:
i thought there was rain due today
![]() |
By:
well there are signs of spin and low bounce, all sri lanka need is 450 1st innings to have advantage
By:
SL score runs, price drifts, SL dont score runs price drifts, SL lose wickets price drifts...
By:
sri lanka have 3 frontline spinners also
By:
the cruical thing for sri lanka is to stay positive a maintain this run rate, say if they bat 100 overs they will get the 400 runs they wanted
By:
where is the rain some of you guys where talking about
By:
SL 11 from the over 3.0 > 3.15
By:
the ball is spinning sharply, and it is fast spin
By:
SL drifting because they do not have a match winning score yet. All you guys observations seem correct but we are in a crucial stage of the game here. This is a little like England not having India all out for 150 before tea on a green top. SL must score 400 maybe 450 or they could be the ones trying to save the match. Pitch may be harder and faster tomorrow.

turning.. SL look massive here
By:
yes i am a spinner at at club level, this is huge turn and the hints are there in sri lanka team selection
By:
im getting out of this ****.. pissing me off
By:
I'm with you king, SL are big, runs on the board on a turning pitch are vitally important.
By:
i don't worry about how much it turns, speed of the turn & bounce are the most important.
By:
well its not slow turn is it ffs
By:
SA drifted 3 ticks for 38 runs
By:
that's what I mean. Sometimes it turns a lot but it's slow. This is much more encouraging!
By:
Backed SL. Another 100 runs and they are well in control of this game.
By:
good cricket pitch this is
By:
on relfection I am surprised in that case draw is odds on! Maybe someone knows something about the piotch. Will it be good to bat on tomorrow? I think so. New ball due! Pitch is turning though!
By:
everybody is betting on historical data from the ground. Newly laid fresh pitch.
By:
I like these SL pitches. The draw price is low, yet there is enough in the pitches for a result.
By:
Poor shot from the kid. Hope he learns from that.
About to lay the draw and it moves 10 ticks up Did it anyway to cover my SL red. Now should I get a SL lay in before the new ball? maybe not, I cannot read what the market will do like some of you. How England were favourites for most of the last test is beyond me![]() |
By:
ishant sharma had one of those magical spells of fast bowling
![]() |
By:
england still playing with 9 men next match, cook and bell are walking wickets
By:
market has a ridiculous stiffy for SA here
By:
if SL get 400 here, SA should be 50/1
By:
if both sides are out inside 3 days then there will be a certain result as SL will set SA a getable target
By:
those bats are fookin huge. I saw a dead one the other day that this bloke shot in the jungle. It had got ginger spiky hair and it's wingspan was massive!
By:
300 is a cracking score on this, 400. 150 run lead incoming
By:
Spoke to my SL Accountant. He said those bats are called Flying Foxes by the locals. His dad used to blast them with a shot gun at night and ate them. They only eat fruit so were very tatsty, like chicken he said, plenty of meat.
I think opposing the draw here looks like the new bet for me. Thunderstorms maybe Saturday but rest of match looks ok. Ne ball, Mahela looking dodgy now. He will be out with the new ball tonight I ight suggest. Once the heat gets you it is most debilitating |
By:
Yeh the one I saw was for the pot. Mean looking mother fukka!
By:
As I draw layer, could do with a 4 day game! Last few have all been 5 day affairs!
By:
I'd use plenty of garlic as I would be frightened Vlad Dracula would come after me!
By:
always plenty of garlic in Asia!!
By:
rain is the only worry really
By:
no rain for the next few days, allegedly!
