was hoping the fast pic lads would have taken everything up to 50's +  and then hoping the umps add the 4.

i would have thought they would have.  i bet there's some worried layers now. Laugh

Betfair should leave the 'Innings runs markets in-play' till the decision is made Wink

Australia batting deep all the way down to number 11. But have a bit of a question mark on Shaun Marsh at 3, think he will be a bit nervous when he gets out to bat, Bailey too will feel a bit twitchy after an average Ashes series

I think England will learn from their mistakes in Melbourne , they will field better tonight and bowl better. Think they had 3-4 chances in the last ODI and didn't capitalise. So early wickets and when you have runs on the board you give yourself a better chance of taking some early wickets

England should win by at least 170

It will interesting to see just how England go about ensuring defeat from this position.

well in Melbourne some of the players introduced in the ODI team were nervous, conceded runs, dropped catches and things didn't click. I still think Australia have enough to win but think England at 2.16 is a Back and look to trade off at a lower price

I would loved to be proved wrong (given he is from WA) but playing the international game he doesn't seem to have the luck at this level

I layed them.  1.40 SP, runs can only take them towards that price.  Backing England, you need wickets.  More confident runs will happen than wickets.

301 to win , tough ask even for the aussies, but the way this series has gone , they probably get there only 3 or 4 wickets down....prefer bbl to trade

Great pitch to bat on.  Needed 320 plus.  Obviously runs on the board always important, but well short imo.

its period in play where there are fielding restrictions ...

Mandatory powerplay (1-10 overs)

In an uninterrupted match (i.e. 50 overs), the first 10 overs of an innings will be a mandatory powerplay. During the mandatory powerplay only two fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle and there must be a minimum of two stationary fielders in catching positions (15 yards) measured from the striker’s end at the instant of delivery.

When a fast bowler is bowling the two stationary fieldsmen may be permitted to stand deeper than 15 yards provided only that they are standing in slip, leg slip or gully positions.
