People don't trust England bigger picture. You feel they will lose wickets at crucial times, costing them that extra 20 or 30 runs and they end up with 270-280 rather than 300+

I've given up hope of making money. I'm not prepared to wait for an early wicket when Aus bat, as soon as Warner hits a boundary it could be a train. Unless Aus get to 1.50 and I have a bit of leverage to wait for an early wicket I'm out at change of innings.

I can't see why not. Have to make 280 at least from here. That is good enough to see 1.50 at the very least.

I think the issue here with the odds, is the 12 overs from Maxwell/Clarke going at 2/48, and Root the only one to do any kind of spin for the Poms.
Once again, Pietersen as primarily an off spin bowler, probably come in handy here....  |

And I am in a hole tbh. Got myself in some trouble with the odds not going where they should, so I am exposed, and red at the moment.
I have faith that they will get to where they should be. On their way now. Couple of decent overs here and they can get to 1.50. Plenty of wickets in hand. Buttler/Stokes still to come in and either of these can bat the overs out. 8 an over we see near 290, and the line was 262.5. |

Most poms on this forum would be suprised at how many times England have fcuked me over when relying on them to make some runs and putting my money on them to do so....

These Aus/England markets are a real pain now, like Thunder markets. Although 1.35 is fair at the moment, could just as easily get bowled out for 250.

The 2 guys you would want at the crease here. 5 down, but 270-300 still on. Think 1.45 is probably about right for Aus with Morgan well set.

Does anyone think this format of the game is doomed? Test match cricket is the purest form and is never going anywhere, and most would agree 20/20 is far more entertaining and practical than this. ODIs seem redundant to me.
