By:

Thanks Nigel just bought it. £25 is a fraction of what it should hopefully make for me

going to need at a minimum an hour from when it stops to getting back on again
(40 mins tidy up, inspection, 15 minute delay until start) so the rain's got to stop at 15:15. |

Met office wildly wrong here 8 hours out, and they think they can predict the weather 100 years in the future. LOL
By:
this CMM market seems to move based on how much it raining at the ground - peculiar!

I think its touch and go whether play will start by then. It looks like it could stop raining by then but not much before and they need enough time to dry the pitch once it stops. Then if they play a 20-20 any further inturuptions will finish it and there could be the odd shower behind the main band of rain. |

By:
Is it raining now??
By:
looks like about an hour of rain then maybe a 3 hour gap of dry weather
they should just decide now that it's a 20/20 match |

Is it still raining ?
By:
According to the radar it is still raining and will be until mid afternoon
By:
Live 15 miles west of Cardiff and know the weather patterns pretty well here..Looks from the radar (raintoday.com) that it will rain until just about the cut off time .. it will get heavier before it eases...I think that the mop up time needed will kill off even a 20 over game
By:
Make that mid-late afternoon
By:
it will stop raining in 45mins to 1 hour. then its clear for at least 3 hours, hopefully more.
its p!ssing it down on the wirral now, and none of your radars have a spec of rain up here, its moving quicker than expected. |
By:
no it wont
By:
all the time will be raining
By:
So 45 to 1 hour of more raining. 1 hour for mop up. so that gives 2 hours of window to get a match. and then it starts raining again so this would be an abandnoed game stevie isnt it?

sons just left ground to have lunch at zero degrees says no chance for at least 2 1/2 hours
By:
Absolutely no way it will stop raining before 3.30
By:
no chance of play here today will be rain for most of day
By:
Slight drizzle now at cardiff

am i right in thinking england would still qualify if australia beat SL by almost any score tomorrow (presuming this is a NR)? would surely take around a 100 run victory for the RR to improve.
By:
That is if Australia beat SL and they dont look like beating anyone
By:
agreed steam.
we will be rooting for a NR or australia, both very unlikely. |
By:
Still drizzling in Cardiff
By:
If SL scored 250 Aussies need to chase in around 37 overs. If Aussies scored 250 need to bowl out SL at around 170
By:
3 more hours before the game is called off.
By:
1.45 is hell of a price for no match completed, as theres no chance of a match
By:
Can see Aussies gifting SL the win given those scenario s
By:
depth of the rain band is shrinking...maybe a chance that it loses it's intensity over Exmore...I'm getting more hopeful now
