England all out

By:
Commentator said NZ to bat again
By:
1 wicket on day 1, 19 wickets since......watch NZ come out blazing
By:
I think NZ would be disappointed if they came away with this with a draw
By:
Why are England at 30s? How do they even win this match?
By:
Get the feeling prices won't change much until England start batting
By:
For all the English media laughing at Australia ahead of the Ashes, we're hardly free from laughing stock status ourselves, pretty much destroyed by NZ this series bar for a couple of days.
By:
It should not take them 60-70 overs to add 200 more runs. Once they have added 100 more runs they will be putting the foot on the pedal.
By:
Some of NZ recent batting performances suggest they could fall for under 100. If NZ seamers can bowl like this then suely the England bowlers can do it slightly better. Still over two days. Although i dont agree with 30's, England have a few things that could go their way

no top bats or runs. wake up ffs betfair even after 2 emails yesterday. d'''ks
By:
Betfair Australia being lazy

By:
Nz are the. Type of side that could fold in 2nd innings for under 100 to 150 agree
By:
I think NZ will be happy to defend whatever they have now, 239 is a large enough lead let alone 400 or so
By:
Yes but 100 to 150 would still be enough for the win.
By:
...specially when trying to force the pace.
Keeping Eng onside is a bit of a bet to nothing at this stage. |
By:
For some reason I can see England defending for a draw in 120 overs with blockers in their side like Trott, Cook, Prior, Bairstow and Root
By:
runs lins up now

By:
eng 30s **** there knickers.

Easy in hindsight, but has this match been swung by two captain decisions/errors. Cook for fielding first, and McCullum for not enforcing the follow-on when England were on the floor.

By:
how would u price the match eng chasing 450 in 140 overs
By:
It's as likely to be 350 as 450.
No much value in the draw at 9/4. |
By:
Could be 250 from 180 overs.
By:
whys nz getting shorter?
By:
Wow, 8/3.
It's taken a while, but we're finally getting a game of cricket. Real test for NZ now. |
By:
Because the draw is being slowly sent home.
By:
If NZ are bowled out easily.
It is possible England will be too. 250 + lead could be more than enough. |
By:
By:
one of these situations where nz being bowled out is seen by the market as giving them a better chance to win.
By:
Ironically, NZ's best chance of winning is to get skittled out with a lead of around 375, and the draw not a factor.
They're still in great shape here. |
By:
eng 450 in 140 overs probably 6/7s
By:
the draw was shorter when it looked like england could be set a target too big to try and go for.
By:
Taken green of the draw at 4.50...... Like I mentioned before if England batsman apply themselves they can block 120 overs here
By:
I dont see the relevance when people bring up england possibly needing to break the record for a fourth innings chase. Surely it all depends on the ammount of overs left, the condition of the pitch and the bowling attack. Possible in this game england would have 5 sessions to get the 350 odd to break the record. They would not be that big odds so it begs the question how relevent this particular record is in cricket. Seems more to do with not many teams being in good situations to break it.
By:
You're right, P.
Whatever the stats may say, chasing 350 would be very feasible for England. |
By:
draw woz a good bet after 3rd NZ wicket @ 4.7

By:
got out of a mess with this test, went to bed last night with 500 red on England, put up a lay on then 500 @ 9's, when 5 down and scoring in reverse, didn't think it would have got match trading at 30's at the time, but it looks like Eng dipped below 5's happy to be out for pennies red
By:
The trouble is, England might be chasing anything from 350-500, they had a good recovery, with Root and Prior (yet again) doing well and the England bowlers took 3 early wickets, to give the them a very small sniff of victory. However England a) have to take the final 7 wickets very quickly and then b) have to score the required runs. Still very very unlikely to happen.

layed nz would it be a good idea to back them for an equal loss or let it ride, still wet behind the ears on this betfair lark.cheers.
