Sorry, couldn't help that.

Like I said I like watching him bat but he is inconsistent and times and can go missing in action despite his martial arts training!

strange morning and the result is the england price has come in. Slow scoring and wickets has caused this. and intent.

disagree, made sense to take risks with the incoming weather.  Still going to post a decent total.

p1ss poor but their odds are dropping slowly. Cricket is a very surreal sport at times.... come on the wind ! blow them clouds away

so whys the draw price rising?

Also NZ have bowled much better and shown that the pitch may not be as flat as it looked yesterday. Martin has shown enough to indicate that Panesar may get some help.

Game progressing well.  ENG probably get to bowl at NZ in final session today.  Result still looks tough unless NZ collapse

way england are playing here they may even put them in before tea with a declaration at about 450.

Hope so Dstyle as reckon Monty could be the match winner here with a few wickets before close.

Aggers said the locals say the wind will come from the North.  I haven't even bothered with weather maps as I am not troubling the scorers with this one.

You will have to take your turn in the queue, JF.

I wonder whether Stuart Broad ought to try batting right-handed, as nature intended. He looks so stiff and uncoordinated these days.

could be seen as complacent this batting performance today

wicket first ball, Bell, KP, Root, Broad all out playing loose shots...

should have been 500+ easily

Eng middle order looking as brittle as it did at Dunedin.

Finn's 4.75 hrs at the crease there looking more and more like the one thing that saved Eng in that match.

surely england are better off getting a quick 50 more runs rather than wasting time here

Eng run rate back under 3.0 again. Paying the price for indulging Nick Compton - the middle order losing their wickets trying to make up for Compton's dawdling.

I wonder whether England will end up like Somerset, where Compton has made winning games look impossible sometimes. As well as ruining players like Hildreth, who have to repair the damage his centuries cause.

you can't blame Compton ffs, they set the second day up perfectly for the middle order who have got themselves out with poor shot choices

eng doing very well on my screen screamers.
By:

When: 15 Mar 13 02:56
I don't think we'll really know how well Eng are doing until we find out whether they win or draw the game.

It just feels so familiar from watching Somerset the last 2 or 3 years - the team forever a little bit behind where they need to be and everyone claiming you can't blame Compton, solid foundation, unlucky with the weather on the final day, etc. etc.
