why are u blocking d13 dirk ?
By:
Millionaire_Morse probably right about the draw - I am looking at the weekend's rain forecast - looks grim

another dreadful session for England
bowling straight at Smith is not the way to get him out. i said it pre series. This is Strauss's last series for England. >>>>Terrible, bit unlucky I thought in that session at times, but I'm not complaining, 1 session down no wickets and a terrible forecast. You're right about bowling at Smith. Strauss is fine when you're playing a numpty team - dunno who would be better though, Cook? |

they got this mornings wrong PJ
it has been forecast to rain this morning all week |
By:
pj i honestly can't see england taking a wicket here this test , they are that bad
the only thing that can save draw layers is england collapsing but that won't happen on this flat pitch . it's all over i m o , nothing to see here . |

d13phe
I have found this link quite reliable - it forecast rain this p.m. not this morning http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/uk_forecast_radar.html Have a look at Saturday, Sunday, Monday p.m.! |
By:
England require at least 7 wickets by the end of today imo
need a big session after lunch |
By:
pj
i use about 3/4 and they all are consistently wrong (including met office) must be something to do with the current weather system but these forecasts cannot be trusted imo |
By:
met office are usually hopeless. that said I'm keeping the draw onside this test for sure.
By:
lixy son you've been listening to me . congratulations on winning son .
By:
thanks dirk-thats brilliant-cant believe i've never thought of that before!!

The weather forecast doesn't look too bad for the weekend. Looks as if we will get two full days play then maybe on off days sat and sun which could mean 60/70 over days. Monday looks potentially no play until the afternoon but if 360 overs plus gets bowled I think their will be a positive result.
By:
Sat / Sun / Mon = Heavy showers - mop up - play about to start - Heavy Showers etc
By:
Rather than look at individual batting / bowling / fielding blame look at the overall facts..
Average runs per wicket in series so far.. England 31.25 S.Africa 360.5 If you read those stats and didn't know who was playing you'd be forgiven for thinking it was India v Kenya ![]() |
By:
i love the fact that the met office put a cloud, some raindrops and a sun in nearly every forecast caption
i.e. we don't have a clue what the weather will do |
By:
finn is a ****ing idiot.. its boring now
By:
knowing england need a result why has yorkshire prepared a slow road deck
To get 5 days of cricket is the answer! |
By:
well they havent had a draw in donkeys years d13 so they're hardly gonna be worried about the
game not going the distance |
By:
your probably right lix
Saffers to win within 4 days bit of a Nasser Hussain moment for Strauss at the toss |
By:
Swann will be disappointed to sit this one out
600/3 declared anyone? |
By:
SA wont win this in 4 days, it will be raining on day 4
![]() |
By:
seen enough .
off to the beach for the afternoon don't expect mug england to take a wicket they are a horrid side , printing money betting against them . |
By:
still pretty tough for saffers to win this one with the wknd rain. They'll be more than happy with
a draw too batting into day 5 |
By:
thanks dirk-thats brilliant-cant believe i've never thought of that before!!
No worries mate!!! FAO: ANYONE ELSE BORED OF THE WITLESS UGLY VIRGIN'S (millionaire morse) CONSTANT NONSENSE POSTS - JUST GO TO ONE OF HIS DRIVELOUS OFFERINGS AND CLICK 'BLOCK USER' AND THE BORING MUG WILL DISAPEAR!!! |
