with dodgy weather expected saturday-monday you'd have thought they'd have prefered to try and bat most of day 1 and 2 and then have a go at Saffers under tougher conditions in dark skies. |

they came into today with a pre conceived idea that they would play 4 seamers and no spinnner.
South Africa were always going to bat if they won the toss so england were always going to bowl first i think england were caught out by the sun today because Strauss was talking about weather forecasts at the toss absolute nonsense |
