decent shot that one
By:
maybe sri lankan price wasnt right when england were 190 odd behind and 7 down but they are lower now despite fact tail wagged
By:
this is making a mockery of the england batsman
it is also a perfect scenario to have dilshan in your team |
By:
is this Gooch's first test as full time batting coach?
By:
england 193 ao
125 behind highest england 1st inns partnership with 36, those 2 ,10th wicket ![]() |
By:
soz trott and strauss put on 39 for the second wicket , but still PATHETIC
By:
yep d13 , should employ Geoffrey instead
By:
129/1
Couple more please... |
By:
133/2...
By:
if they get jaya and sanga cheaply this is game on
By:
Pivotal partnership now.
By:
What do you reckon is going to be tough to chase in the final innings? Anything over 250?
By:
the way they batted in the first innings SL have enough now
300 lead to be dead safe though imo |
By:
Market would probably give England a decent chance to chase upto 350.
By:
yep 250 tough, that said it would be 250 chase on day3 pitch and still playing ok
By:
GAME ON
Swanny is back! |
By:
Game on now.
Odds haven't shifted as much as I thought for mahela's wicket. |
By:
draw matched at 900s for pennies
By:
139/3
By:
6 ticks for the wicket of the man who got 180 in the first innings
the price collapses on Sangas wicket imo |
By:
about time swann came to the party. 220 should be enough for sl imo, but still got to get there. Only really needs one innings of substance for sl - need sanga now, although I fancy chandimal to go well should he decide to play his natural game.
By:
SL are just one wicket ahead here.
By:
think the right handers will have a better chance against swann
time for monty now they are on top |
By:
time to get your bank on sri lanka gents. they are cruising here. england won't be able to chase this score already.
it seems it's GSM SRI LANKA already here. |
By:
looks like whole draw market was taken out on that wicket
By:
lay sri lanka it is then, cheers morse

By:
england price correctly shooting out here. they can't win from this position.
By:
managed to minimise losses with this little session so happy with that

morning all.
mad game this, on a pitch that generally see's big scores and I didn't really see much in the first innings to suggest we'd see 15+ wickets in the second day. England woeful against a decent but fairly average spin bowler, I was expecting to see 400 runs from them not a heap of wickets. pretty mad that we have 2 50+ average batsman at the crease and hills are giving them odds on 30 runs together! Not that I expect them to produce a 100 run partnership but 30 seems very low to me. Similarly when England were batting at 7 wickets down they were giving a line of 205 runs which was about 60 away at the time, given England have no one that can bat after the next wicket goes that was a huge line really. |

Morning?!
Barely ![]() |
By:
it's morning here!
I may have had some foolish confusion with clocks this morning that caused me to get up an hour late but i'm pretty sure it's 11:43 here right now...I assume your not all somewhere that's in the afternoon and if so then good afternoon to you! |
By:
Cruising Morse?...They're cruising like an Italian manned cruise liner
By:
england mugs can't get a wicket LOL LOL LOL
sri lanka 1.01 train incoming gents. FULL BANK JOB. |
By:
England do need another wicket soon though, can't let these two set otherwise the game is gone
By:
tbh 1.44 looks big on sri lankans here, already 150+ lead
By:
and imo sri lanka only need 150 here 2nd inns
By:
agreed CB
By:
your prob right CB.
I'd say if they put on 150 then it would be highly unlikely that England would chase it. |
By:
ive taken a fair chunk at 1.46 and 1.44 here, market with sri lanka every run they add to the lead now.
By:
get in there, HUGE wicket
