They drove hundreds of miles with his wife having vomited and him having no symptoms and the very next day he wakes with covid symptoms.
They drove up there so the family could help out but they never actually took part in any child care. Then having taken all that effort to protect his child he sticks him in the car for a drive to test out his eyesight to see if he was fit to drive. All sounds perfectly legit to me! Anyways this is actually boring me senseless we'll all believe what we believe on this one. |

The media’s Dominic Cummings story has completely collapsed. He did NOT go to Durham a second time, which was reported on the front page of the Sunday Mirror and the Observer. He did NOT have any physical contact with family members. The police did NOT talk to the Cummings family about the Covid lockdown guidelines. Cummings did NOT carry on doing things that everyone else had stopped doing — he even missed the funeral of his uncle who died from Covid. He did NOT leave his London home for leisure reasons — he left it because he was receiving death threats as a result of media demonisation. He was very ill, his wife was ill, and at one point his child was taken to hospital in an ambulance in Durham. His family has had a really rough time and the media have told lie after lie about him. The scandal is not Cummings’ behaviour — it is the collapse of ethics and objectivity in the British media. |

Grenfell tower, wasn’t the experts advice to stay in your Flat in the event of fire, plenty who took that advice are no longer with us, sometimes it’s best to use your own judgement. |

The press are certainly not setting a good example either. For several weeks they have speculated about lifting the restrictions and asking why people couldn't go to the park etc. So the accusations of hypocrisy against them are not without basis. It doesn't excuse what cummings did, though.
