On the contrary, on this, they are on the ball.

Go to work, but don't use public transport.
What percentage of the working population use public transport to travel to work ?

Three of the UK nations are in agreement. The fanny in charge of the other one has fecked up the whole process.

Sir Keir Starmer baffled by Boris speech - 'Millions told to go to work tomorrow morning'

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer was left stunned moments after Boris Johnson's coronavirus speech on Sunday evening. Sir Keir claimed Britons wanted clarity from the Prime Minister and the Government on how the country would be moving forward during the pandemic. While on BBC Sir Keir questioned whether Mr Johnson was aware he was asking millions of Britons to return to work in the next 12 hours.

Sir Keir said: "I think what the country really wanted tonight was clarity and a real sense of consensus, I don't think we got either.

"I know there will be more details tomorrow but there is a big gap for the Government to make up here.

"The basic message of stay alert just isn't clear enough.

"The Prime Ministers statement raises as many questions as it answers.

Sir Keir also reflected on the confusion Mr Johnson's message conveyed on whether Britons should return to work or not.

During his speech, the Prime Minister encouraged those that could not work from home to return to work from next week.

Mr Johnson also asked that, where possible, public transport is avoided for those returning to work.

Mr Starmer addressed this point and argued there were flaws in Mr Johnson's wishes.

He said: "Basically those that can't work at home are being told to go to work tomorrow.

"That is millions of people and that means go to work in about 12 hours time.

"This is mixed with the message that if it is possible to do so, don't use public transport.

"That is quite a thing to spring on people for tomorrow morning. "

"Last weekend there were guidelines about how you would operate safely at work, they were in very draft form.

"I don't think they have been published and I don't know when they are going to be published.

"Realistically I don't know how people who rely on public transport are going to able to get to work tomorrow morning."

"That is why I say the Prime Minister's address raises as many questions as it answers."

I will not get to see my son graduate because of this disease from a despicable country (yet one no politician will see a negative word about).

Would I as a member of the over 50 club attend a graduation ceremony if it was allowed .....of course I would , there has to be some point to living not just hiding and existing.

The SNP are the most popular party in the UK for the people they represent. They are also led by the best politician in the UK.

So answer the question if you can directly. Why are you blaming Boris instead of Sturgeon? Scotland is the devolved government here, they are the ones choosing to digress along with Wales.

Why are you singling out one Scottish politician. Why not single out a Wales one or a Northern Ireland one ?

Because it needs to be targeted to those companies that actually need it rather than be open to everyone.

Who is going to go back to work when they can get £2.5k a month sitting on the beach sunbathing?
